Well to start off im a 16 year old guy in high school. Ok, well I guess im here because it’s that time of the year and I want to get into the dating scene. Ive been reading around and understand the basics of pharmones, I guess I understand the basics of attractions because alot of my buddies have girlfriends. Now that I got through that I wanna talk about my specific situation. Theres a girl that sits beside me in one of my classes that im interested in. I talk to her occasionaly, but I feel she doesnt really open up to me, I can’t really spot any IOIs . I dont have a lack of confidence talking to girls because I have alot of female friends I talk to alot. Im a decent looking guy, with a good build. One thing im not good at is picking out clothes, and I look really dumb most of the time. She isnt an out of this world looking girl, so I have a decent chance. So I guess the main thing im is asking is what pharamone should I buy, and how should I handle myself around her? ---

Welcome Theo! The best thing to do for a high school student is to keep away from -none, so no turn up the heat and very little ammo. Those can make younger people angry and annoyed Instant shine and instant openness are the best for you. Shine will put everyone in a better mood and people want to be with you. Openness provide more conversation and socialization, it work well for me! ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. At your age I would not recommend any products with 'none - no ammo or Turn Up The Heat. What i would recommend are the social products: Instant shine, Instant Openness and Instant Honesty. IShine will help everyone around you feel happy. Instant Openness will help open general conversations. Instant Honesty will help foster deeper conversations. Also [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) will help you seem a little older and cooler. The best advice for handling yourself around a girl is to be yourself. If she likes you it will be for who you are. In High school I found letting a female friend help me pick clothes rather than mom worked best. ---

Hey Theoyah… It’s young to be getting into pheromones, but by the time you’re 20, you’ll probably be so ahead of your other peers if you just stick around here. Are you new to dating? The key to dressing smart is to find clothes which fits you perfectly, and not something you just pick out of the closet. What kind of outfits do you usually wear? Sometimes I’d say better invest in a good wardrobe than invest in pheromones, especially if you’re young.. The guys will give you advices with regards to the girl.
