Hello everyone, i am new on here and was wondering if i could possibly get some advice from you guys. I am a 24 year old Asian male and the thing that is wrong with me is that im shy. Its been almost 3 years since i dated anyone because i was so upset with my last breakup. Since then i just been clueless on how to meet a girl. There is this one girl that i am interested in and i kinda thinks she likes me too i even asked her for her number but never called her and i feel stupid for that, but i dont know where to start.what can i do? hello and welcome. shyness is a big hurdle to overcome but clearing it is also one of the most fun and rewarding things you will ever do with your life. androtics makes a ton of different products that will encourage interaction with ladies but ultimately it is up to you to convert them. maybe look into CTTM 2, i just ordered a bottle yesterday and look forward to trying that one out. as Robbie said, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is really good at getting their noses and brains working in combo and instant shine is fantastic at making everyone in close proximity feel good. ultimately though the shyness needs to be addressed. try to make a game of it if you can, there really are more out there. use each “no” as fuel for the next approach. make sure you are smiling with your eyes as well as your mouth and if you are approaching the whole thing as fun and just having a good time, well, you’ll probably have a good time. good luck. ---

Pheromone can only help but largely still depend on your effort. To improve shyness in front of girls, try shine. It boost your confidence .It can also makes you in good mood.
