Hi Lovegin - Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 From this great intro and your other posts, I see you have a particular lady in mind and there is a lot of info here that will help you get there. First thing to remember is **that pheros are only part of the picture.** They do help, sometimes quite dramatically but you also need to consider your behaviours and attitudes and approach the lady in a manner suited to promoting as much attraction as possible. To that end, I suggest you search out Radman’s posts on attraction and congruency - He has posted much superb advice in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. It looks to me that you are off to a very good start with this girl and the fact that you are enthusiastic, fit and have a lot going on in your life is a good thing - Don’t make it too easy for her! Also, how old is she? Do remember that younger girls do tend to respond well to the socials - IS, IO, IH, IG at least as well ans the sexuals - [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), TUTH etc. They generally respond to a much lower amount of none compared to an older woman.
