Hi everyone! I’m new here and catching up on my reading. Very very fascinating stuff! I’ve been a lurker, and decided to try my first one which was [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). I haven’t gotten the chance to test it out much yet but it smells fantastic. Unfortunately I was charged by our customs the equivalent of more than 100 percent of the value of the product so that hurt a little bit. ☹ ouch. Anyway hope you guys have patience for newbies like me. I’d like to try the a314 but unfortunately it’s still out of stock. Any recommendations aside from Instant Gentleman? Was it a good purchase for a total newbie? ---

Hi Soni thanks for the response. I’m a guy in my early 30’s. The reason why I opted for IG is because I read that it helps the wearer to calm down and perhaps be more open? I suffer from social anxiety and as much as I don’t want to admit it because of embarrassment, it also had an effect with my Romantic Life. I’ve had women attracted before but I didn’t go through with it. I chickened out most of the time. I feel I could also move into a better career if I could just get this handled. Anyway I hope you understand my hesitations in talking about myself too much cause it’s not really easy. I was a lurker here and decided to take the leap and join the discussions, maybe the answer I’m looking for is here, if not, even that small edge that I would need to become a better person or to steer me into the right direction. Hi , For social Anxiety : I would suggest you to go with IS + IO . start with 2 sprays each on different app points , and adjust doses to gt your sweet spot. After wearing this combo for a week or two, add IG to it . and see the effects . Yes A314 can benefit you but as we all kn its not in stock. So better go with IS and IO combo, try them , see whether working for you . and then later when available you can add A314 in it. I ordered IS today along with [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and a little TUTH. IO is a little pricey, I guess I’ll hold off a little bit, I’m waiting for a314, hopefully I get them both together to save on the shipping. Do they expire? Welcome Basileus, They have a togo vial of IO so that you aren’t spending a lot on the 30ml bottle. The large bottle is a good investment I think, but at the same time…if you are new and just trying…I would say the togo size is maybe best. Many of the gentlemen I have passed in this forum suggest that Ammo is a milder form of A314. I can attest that the [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) strength is nice and I’ve used it, even though I’m female at work. I think you will be pleased with your orders IS is really helpful. I wouldn’t say I suffered from social anxiety, perse, but I used to want to disappear into the wall and be invisible. I find I am not having as much of that issue as I test different mones. I feel very confident and secure as I talk to people and interact with strangers wherever I am. Hi Lillian! Aww, I feel silly right now. I got a to go of TUTH but I was so dead set on the big IO that it slipped my mind. Dang it.. I already made the order ☹ Hopefully a314 will be available soon, I’m going to get that and IO for my next purchase. That’s the kind of result I’m looking for Lillian, just being comfortable in my own skin. If I can attract as well that would be awesome but I chicken out most of the time, and therein lies my biggest problem. Being a coward to take chances and negative self talk. I wasn’t always like this, I was a lot friendlier and more confident when I was younger but I guess I learned some new behaviors that was detrimental to my personal development. Hi Basileus! Welcome to PheromoneTalk! 🙂 Solid advice you got here my friend. IS indeed would be very helpful to battle the social anxiety. IO for friendly interactions. Make the IG your base since you have it. Check out the forums by searching “IG/m” for various documented experience, or re-read the IG/m page at the store. And TUTH. Be aware of that one. But yeah, you are a former lurker, so I assume you know what TUTH does and when’s the best time for it to be used. That was probably why there was no freebie added to the items. I really should have added a small Togo of IO, lol. That’s alright Dee, at least I would know what to do next time. Hi Basileus168, Like Dee said you can use the IG as your base and mix other pheros in. So what did you end up ordering my friend? I find with pheros that for me it is just as important for these things to work on me as well as others. I am already out going, fun, and friendly. I try to think of how I am and use products that work with me. IS is on of my favorites and brings the best out in me and others so I wear this a lot. Good luck
