# Hi everyone - PheroVirgin here

Obviously I am new to this site. I am very intrigued by the use and effects of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I have yet to ever use any, but am venturing out these days. I certainly want to cut through any BS out there and be an intelligent consumer, especially when it comes to products that are so varied in the market. I think it is silly to not look for an edge in life.

I am in a very male dominant environment and while I have a wonderful rapport with my team, I would like to boost my effectiveness, both in communication and overall presence. Personally, I would love to be more engaging to others, male and female alike. I have become more social, but am still very shy and reserved at times which ultimately holds me back.

I would love honest, direct feedback or recommendations and I welcome new friends. I appreciate you taking the time to read.

Consider these:

IO, which helps you and others around open up  
IH, which helps for deep conversations

If you are looking for a sexual pheromone, IS/B helps with sexual vibes for women.

Welcome to the forum.

Mike gave you a pretty good breakdown on the social products: IO, IH and Ishine. They can be used in any environment: work, social or romance.

IS/b is a low key sexual mix, so it might depend on what you want to do at work as to how or whether you use it.

Do a search or send a pm to tisha23. some of the ladies have successfully used A314 to gain more of the respect factor at work but you may need to be careful as it is a strong signature. You could also ask tisha if there is anything else that she would recommend.

I know this does not help a whole lot but we will try to answer any questions the best we can.
