Hi everyone, This will be a longer than the usual intro post, so please accept my apologies in advance. I hope it will make some of you interested in following my experiments with [pheromones](https://a314.com/). I have always been a good guinea pig for the various experiments I have put myself through. Performance enhancing drugs (nootropics, mood boosters, anti-anxiety meds, sleep enhancers), t boosters, sports supplements - always on the lookout for the formulas that actually deliver results. I hate the big corporate talk and buzz words in marketing campaigns, so I often come to places like this forum to look for honest opinions and field reports. Given my background, pheromones seem like a natural step forward and I will be more than happy to report my findings with the different products when used for women or at work here. Currently, I am mostly interested in reuniting with my ex. I have been through no contact with her for a few months, but I believe that both of us still have some feelings for each other (despite us kinda moving on and seeing other people). We still talk to each other though not as often as I would like and I see the occasional IOIs: playing with her hair; leaning in and whispering; biting her lips; triangular gaze when close and looking eye to eye. Since I have some work to do to repair the relationship, I am not sure which products should I try out first. I did some reading on the forum and I realized that I am after a fallout mix. The reason is that we live in different cities and if I understood correctly fallout mixes require some time to start working, but once they do, they have a much stronger effect. Hi endgame, Welcome to this forum, What problems have you experienced with your ex? What lead to your separation? What is that one of you met someone else? Was it a communication gap? What is unreconciliable differences? This is important for us to give you the best possible advice. It’s good to see you made some research. Fall-out mix is a great thing, but as a beginner, you might want to learn to know each product before mixing them, and find your own sweet spots for each product, but that’s just an advice 🙂. Hi there, Welcome to the forum. You can find many threads on fallout mix here on this forum . But the problem is that no single fallout works for all. The reason is our body chemistry with pheromones reacts diffrently. Hence there is no one size fits all system with pheromones. But as a general rule for fall out you require to calm ad relax your girl. Then some sort of sexosocial vibe then inhibitions so that she may drop her guards. Now search the products which suits you on this background and cme out with your own fallout mix. Keep posting and take care ---

Yes - taking the time to do the basics with each phero individually before starting down a fallout route is important. Depending on factors like your ages, personalities and current outlook on life, there may be a bit of chopping and changing between various mixes before you find the one that suits you/her best. ---

These are words of wisdom, Endgame. Experiment without expectations… Apply and understand… Use mones to see what they do TO you, not for you, just yet. AMMO is a great mone TOOL, just depends on how YOU know how to USE it. Hello all and thank you for the warm welcome! Conjurator: I believe the issue was that we were not communicating enough. Particularly when it came to talking about the way we feel about each other and the future of the relationship. We never really had such a talk and I guess that is the reason we drifted apart. There was no particular event that made us break up and we never really had a fight during the relationship or a break up conversation. Then we both moved to different cities for a few months and had no contact with each other until recently. Turns out that we both started seeing other people during that no contact period, but given our interactions and her hot and cold treatment, I believe there is still some sparkle (even though she is in a LDR with her rebound)… Seeing that a lot of you guys discussed Myers Briggs personality types on this forum, my personality type is ISTJ. I am not 100% sure about hers, but my money would be on ISFP. First, you have to rebuild a strong and efficient communication, this is so important, most relationship are a living hell when communication comes to a halt. I would recommend [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty on this. Thanks Conjurator! I agree with everything you said about the importance of communication as I am trying to avoid the mistakes of the past and really find a new, fresh, unencumbered start of a relationship with this girl. Your product suggestions cover pretty much what I was thinking about after reading multiple threads on the forum. Honesty and openness is my sole focus at this stage and I do hope the IO/IH will have the same effects on her. Would you recommend wearing IO + IH + IS at the same time? Is it possible that all three might cancel each other out or become too overwhelming for a deep conversation to take place? I was thinking about going in with an IS and IO and at some point halfway through the interaction to apply IH, depending on my feel of the conversation. Getting her out of a defensive mindset is a priority, so I believe that my first concern should be about creating a positive environment and mild attraction, before moving on to building rapport and deeper connection. Let me know if you think this sounds about right. I am not afraid of the effects the pheromones will have on me. Will do some field testing in advance to assess what I am experiencing and how well can I control my thoughts and interactions with people. If everything is going well, would it make sense to go for a little AMMO towards the end of the first interaction? Not quite sure what to expect from it tbh… If it boosts confidence and charm, doesn’t it make sense to have it on me from the beginning of the conversation? Ultimately, I would like to leave her full of positive thoughts and perhaps just a little turned on so she can look forward to the next time we meet and maintain a more open communication in the meantime. Last, would the effects of the mones above decrease in a hot and sweaty club environment? What about alcohol and/or cigarettes? Any other reasonably expected external factors that might have a negative impact? Going for TUTH is a bit too early imo, but I’ll definitely get it as I’d like to deploy it in one of the next meetings if I am off to a good start. Sorry for bombarding you with questions! Personally, I would suggest you use IH/IS instead of IO - This makes for a much more adult-oriented, bonding/trusting/sharing communication mix - and the IS helps steer it into fun/feelgood territory instead of going “too deep” which is maybe the only risk of using IH alone. This good for you and for regaining the right sort of communication with your ex. IH is also good for those “it was just meant to happen” moments and the IH/IS combo is good to take in a sexual direction with a bit of TUTH or similar. IH/IS is also a decent and very versatile entry-level fallout combo, which seems to be the way you are heading. IO itself tends to be much more superficial chatty vibe. Good for breaking the ice with a new person and for promoting conversation in environments where convo can be difficult but it can have a “torrent of drivel” effect instead of quality convo. It is a good None moderator though and mindless fun. IO is also one product I’d tend to avoid using in fallout mixes as it can kill the properties of many base mixes stone-dead, esp mature status-based mixes using A314. It is usable in other types of fallout/crushy mixes but for a number of reasons, I would not recommend them to someone starting-out as they can have some negative implications for you. Hot and sweaty clubs are bloody ideal for mones! 😃 Alcohol also helps strip away the layers of inhibitions that get in the way of phero responses and the more uninhibited/determinedly sexual environment of a club usually means you can use more overt sexual mixes much more effectively than almost every other environment. Fags don’t make a huge difference. Diffusion in clubs also tends to be a bit higher, so that may influence your dose and yes, the hot/sweaty thing can mean your mones active life is a bit shorter, so you may want to work on a 4 hour cycle for sprays rather than a more temperate six hours. Some mones - notably IS have a shorter still active life and in clubs I’d be looking to topup at around three hours max! Personally I find relationship “talks” are vastly over-rated and the very last thing that you, the man should be looking to have. I’d suggest you keep avoiding them until **she** raises the subject and starts trying to get you to define yourself to her **and even then you don’t be in too much of a hurry to say yes to her** - Almost any time I’ve heard a man trying to define a relationship, its rapidly been on the skids as far as she’s concerned. So don’t be in any hurry to pair-up too quickly - just have the best time you can each time you are together, without any strings or looking for more. It may sound counterproductive but time and again it helps her to make the running for you. 🙂 ---

I stay away from such beta behaviour. Let’s hope the IH won’t make me soft. Will report on this later.
