Hey everyone, I’ve just been referred from a friend here and am interested in [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) but still skeptical. Right now I’m a 22 year old senior in college and would like to try out some pheromones in social settings to help open up a little. I’m not interested in getting girls all over me, but I would like to have some better conversations and ice breakers when meeting new people. I am around 5 11’ with a very muscular build, but feel like I give off a soft vibe. I would defiantly like something to give me a more mature and masculine feel when I’m around people. I would not describe myself as being alpha, but I would like to add a little bit to my persona. hi there, welcome to the forum. for you case, i suggest A314, io, ih and shine. Hi, welcome to the forum. I’m skeptical too. We’re all skeptical. Glad you’re still brave enough to march forward. You won’t regret it! You can use Ammo to attract the girls, but you want to also use Instant Shine (enhances confidence) and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (Icebreaker, gets people chatty-- light conversations). These are the big three and should serve you well. ---

I suggest 3 products. ig - for a comfortable, mature, masculine vibration ih - to stimulate conversation/lower inhibition/more important subjects io - to stimulate lighter conversationos If you do try them let us know how they work for you. You can mix and match once you figure out what each product does alone. ---

Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 My name is Tisha and I am the hostess/adviser here on PT. GW nailed it, IG IO IH are perfect for your needs.
