Hi everyone! My name is Kate, i live in Australia and I am 22. I’m brand new to the pheromone world, which my older brother told my about a couple of weeks ago. After spending a lot of time reading the posts on this forum I ordered the 30ml of IS/A and a togo size of both Instant Shine and [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/), I also received a togo size of Instant Honesty as a gift, thanks! I havent had a chance to test them out yet but im thinking tomorrow. I am mostly looking to improve my own confidence, especially with men, ever since i broke up with my last boyfriend my confidence around men has been very low, although several of my best friends/housemates are guys, including the one i have a crush one.. Anyway I was just wondering if its a good idea to combine two or more of them or should i start off with just one for now? Thanks! ---

Hi Kate! I am very new myself, but am planning to try each pheromone separately first, so that I can have a truer understanding of what each one can do. Hi Kate, welcome on board. Firstly, I hope you aren’t one of the poor people that I’ve seen all over the news this morning, dreadful scenes and I think I’m right in saying the whole world is horrified. Right, onto pheromones, now I’m sure some of the girls will drop in and say hi. What I’ve found ( my wife also uses androtics products) is that [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is virtually indispensible in promoting a feel good factor ( on yourself and attracting others) along with MX135 ( love that stuff!) which gives a ‘party girl’ vibe.
