I am brand new here. I started searching for pheromones when I came across the ad for Pherlure. I was almost going to buy it until I dug deeper and found this forum. I am 24 male, living in San Francisco. I am a total introvert and I am working on being more social. I am a research assistant at one of the labs in the city. I have to say my work is very mundane and I hardly get to meet people. When I do go out, I usually sit by the side quietly…or stand by the bar watching people having fun. Now these are areas of my life that I am working on right now. On my free time, I mix music (bed room DJ…just a hobby). I go to the gym, and sometimes some bikrum yoga. I am in a relationship for about a year. We are pretty steady, but I since I’ve been with her, I have not been going out as much. What I want to achieve is to build up my self-confidence and increase my social value. I also want to be able to talk and banter with girls (Not that I want to cheat, but I want to keep up my senses. I don’t like the feel of being domesticated if you know what I mean). When I go out, I want to be comfortable and enjoying myself. I have been stuck in an enclosed environment for a long time that I feel like I have a hard time connecting with people. I have been trying hard to break out and be more social by going out with friends, but I have a hard time opening as most of my interactions were short. People don’t really hear me and loses interest quickly. I know I am a very nice person and have value to share. So I want a product that can make this process easier for me and allow me to get back in my zone. I hope these products will help me with my goals. Hey there Kire, welcome to the forums! Ooh, a San Fran local. Gorgeous city, by the by, got a chance to visit there when i stayed with my grandmother in Berkley for a summer. Had to help out, since my grandpa just got out of surgery. That’s the nice thing about having about 8 grandkids, always one willing to help out. 😮 Magnum has asked pretty much everything we need to know. You’ve listed alot of products there, but it would be easiest to suggest what would help you the most with some more info about you and your situation. Welcome to PheroTalk! You seem very ambitious, haha. That’s good! You might want to start off a bit slower, though. Here’s my recommendation: Shine - make you/other feel good; gives you confidence Openness - increases flow of conversation (quantity) [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) - increase sexual appeal If you give us some more info, like others said, then I can improve this list if necessary. I am also an introvert who has to work hard at socializing. I absolutely love instant honesty because it not only encourages other people to talk more but also has a self-effect. I haven’t tried Come talk to me yet but it is on my wishlist. I’ll let the guys advise you on the guy products, but instant shine, instant honest, instant openness, and come talk to me are used by both men and women with good results. Are you mostly need help approaching people or do you find it difficult to converse even after the ice breaker? ---

Hi thanks for the advice. I think I need help with both approaching and keeping a conversation. However, I believe if I people are more welcoming to my approaches, I can work on my conversation muscle. Right now, I do not approach enough. ---

Thanks for the advice!!! I am getting pretty excited about these products. I understand that [pheromone](https://a314.com/) won’t do everything, but combined with my willingness to act, I hope things will work out just right for me. I did something similar; I got 3 To-Go bottles as my first order. It let me experiment a bit without committing too much money, so I could decide which ones I really wanted to buy full bottles of. The gift cert. and signup points will cover the your openness, shine, and ammo if you get To-Gos. That just leaves A314 and TUTH for you to pay for, which is certainly not a bad deal. Let us know what you go with! ---

(Shine, openess and honesty) These are the ones I plan on getting. Also, these should have around 40 sprays yeah? Hello Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 I am going to suggest something a little different and I will explain why. You mentioned your quiet and rather shy. A314 ups your status and respectability but you need to lead when using it because it doesn’t increase approaches. This makes it a little tougher for the shy person to use but not impossible. Once you build your confidence with the other products you would progress to something like A314. I suggest IG which is similar to A314 in that it increases respect and status but with less intimidation. Its smoother, sexy masculine but has more pull then A314. Being shy you need a product with pull. Your other product choices are great. CTTM to increase social interaction. Ishine to add a uplifting confidence and warm charismatic charm TUTH to heat up sexual situations AMMO to increase sex appeal and interest IH to increase deep communication and create feeling of closeness and intimacy. A nice well rounded group of products you can try out. The have to-go sizes I am sure you know so you can test them out and see what you like. kire, try instant openness and turn up the heat. Of course other general things - keep hitting the gym, take your protein, pay attention to your grooming,learn the mystery method or listen to David De Angelo - you will become a confident pick up guru in no time 🙂
