Just wanted to say hello to everyone here on the forum, and at the moment I’m eagerly trying to find out everything I can about these magical [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/)! I almost feel like a kid in a candy store - so many options, but I don’t know where to begin 😉 Basically about me - I’m a 28 yr old girl living in LA, but am a proud native Texan hoping the fiance will be willing to move back soon! I’m a struggling actress with wavering self-confidence (the industry is very hard on the ego), and I do have bouts of shyness and moodiness, so I am always looking for ways to increase my extroversion/happiness, as well as up my sexual attraction level - do love the attention! But I also do enjoy experimenting in general, so if something piques my interest I’ll more than likely try it. I’m sure as I get more into it as I look through the threads more. I guess that’s how I found this site. I’ve had very limited experience with pheromones - without too much success, so I was looking for a place that provided a lot of solid information as well extensive product choices. Any advice you have on how to get started is always welcome! Thanks!! ---

What do you want to accomplish by using mones mainly? Hello and welcome to the forum. There are several things you can do. The first thing is to take a serious look at what we call the social products: IO, IH and IShine. IO will help you with those intial conversations. IH helps creat feelings of connection and often leads to deeper conversations as a result. Ishine helps others and sometimes you feel happy and “bright”. After that you have two variations of [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/): A and B. A is the more aggressive version. Which you use depends on your personality and too a degree the personality of the guy you are trying to affect. But I usually leave detailed discussions of the female products to the ladies. Hope this helps some. ---

I guess I’m here to initially test the waters as it were, but I do believe in pheromones, and the effects they have. The limited experience I had was pretty basic (male attraction), and I didn’t see any reaction. In fact my bf complained about the smell (ylang ylang/nutmeg). I was just looking for a more extensive site that offered education as well as product. As for looking to accomplish something, I run the full gamut from sexual attraction to mood enhancement to advancing in my career. I want it all 😉 That’s what I love about this site - so much to play with! ---

I was definitely planning on getting the Shine, as well as IS combined with either IO or IH (I read the 2 combined together is pretty amazing!). MX135 sounds really cool, too. I think I’m going to PM Tisha for a little of advice on wich way to go initially, especially with the IS A vs B), then just start having fun! ---
