I just wanted to take time out to introduce myself and get some advice on which phermones would suit me best 🙂😕. I’m 23 female from the united Kingdom.I did accidently find this forum in an afternoon of boredom of random googling. My personality tends to be very varied to when i’m at work and when I’m at home. At home (or outside professionally) I’m a really relaxed layed back person that goes with the flow that enjoys a good laugh and goes out regularly with mates. However professionally I guess you could say i’m super professional, competative and I like sucess. What am I looking for: I’m actually starting a new job in a couple of weeks and i’d quite like something to break the ice . I work in a sort of sales role so to keep up with my commision I also need to create a trusting environment also I work in a female dominated environment so i’m not sure if that would effect my choice of purchase. Oh and I’ve never really tried phermones before so please let me know aswell as phermones where best to spray to get maxium effect on colluges and clients!!! Anyway thanks for having a look. Hello! Warmest welcome to the forum! Social/Work effects sounds like what you’re aiming for. For starters, I’d recommend [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) to help get that trusting vibe. Be careful not to spray to too close to your face. You might endanger your reputation with a bad case of the loose lips. xD There are also other respect enhancing products on the forum, but I think Instant Honesty and Instant Shine might be your best bet for starters. Lucid Dreamer’s advice is great. I would just add that IO is a very good product to have in your arsenal as well. It increases the amount of conversation and helps break down barriers preventing it. Although I don’t have IH just yet, I hear that it makes a good pair with it. Definitely try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). One of the best products here, puts you in a real good mood. ---

Good suggestions … I would get both IH and IO in 2x concentration; better value for your dollars spent. Might even suggest getting [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) (2x). Welcome to forum. ---

Welcome to the forums. I would also go with what RedDog said. IH, IO, and Shine are the first 3 products I purchased and I am wishing i got Shine 2X. I would suggest [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 2x (start out with 1 spray to test, then move up every day until you find a sweet spot), IO and IH (Same theory, use 1 spray a day, and move up the sprays to find your sweet spot) A good idea would be to buy To-Go bottles in 2x strength and larger bottles in 1x, I normally buy both in 2x strength.
