I am female over 45 and recently separated. I live in Alberta , Canada. I have never used phermones before so am a true newbie. I recently purchased the perfume pherelure and instant shine, instant honesty, instant openess and both [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) a and b. These were in the to go sizes, to just try them. i have been trying to reasearch them on the net and have been reading some of the posts here. I know you all think pherelure is a scam but everyone did admit it smells great, which it does, so i mainly purchased it for the perfume. i figured if it works great, a bonus,lol. If not then at least i smell good.🙂 I haven’t been on a date since I was 17 so to say I am out of practice is an understatement. I wanted phermones to boost my self confidence a little. I am not expecting men to fall all over themselves but just to get noticed and i will take it from there.🙄 I haven’t really had a good chance to give them a try as i have had a nasty cold since receiving them. however i wore instant sexiness A the other day at the store along with pherelure. it smelled great and i think i got some hits as some young guys my sons age, in their 20’s, stopped and stared at me in confusion. I don’t look my age but definitely look older than them. Perhaps that was the confusion.😛 When wearing instant shine, instant openess i got asked if my daughter and i were sisters. Yea. I’ll take it. lol If I want a sexual hit should i add copulins like essence of woman, since I am older I would guess that I produce less naturally. I also got a to go of mx344 for free with my order, haven’t tried it yet, any ideas on what it would do´. Thanks for listening ---

HI there, Welcome to the forum. You have some great [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) there. You can add copulin for sexual attraction. I will suggest you try the pheromones one at a time for a few days to understand the effect and to know your sweet spot. Good luck to you. ---

[Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A and instant shine should serve you well. I recommend you also look into p78, since those are suppose to turn some guys on. I believ Steve is selling some couplin sprays so you should message him ASAP! You should start asking questions in the ladies’ section and u should get more and better responses. Hi nin, welcome to the Pherotalk forum! I’m sure you’ll find that there are lots and lots of posts that will help you with pheromone use, especially at the Women’s forum. It looks like you’ve already got a fantastic array of products to start testing with! I’m not sure if you’ve already read the ‘sweet spot’ stickies - they talk about methods to help you identify which pheromones do what for you, and how much you should use. I think it would be a good idea to test your pheromones separately, but after that you could look into making your mixes. I’m pretty sure that there are trace amounts of copulins in [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) A and B, but buying a separate copulin product like Essence of Women could be useful for you, like you mentioned. I’m sorry I can’t be much help with the MX344 as I’ve never tried it, but if you do a forum search you might be able to find posts from users that have seen results with it before. 🙂 I hope to see you around! ---

Welcome to Pherotalk Nin! In terms of copulins you can use it and it would work well for you especially because of your age but we no longer sell them here. I have never used EOW but the rest of the ladies on the forum can give you some advice about it. Pop into the female section and let us know about your experiences. It will be great if you would use AD and pherlure products separate so we know how well Ad products are working for you. Your gc was issued! ---

Thanks for the gift certificate can’t wait to use it. Yes I agree with using Ad products separately too so I can get a more accurate reading on how each product works. I ordered the EoW and pink sugar perfume after reading about it here and p78 also instant shine 4x since i have a to go 2x of it and have found 2 sprays seems to be my sweet spot. I am assuming i would only need one spray of the 4x strength. Would that sound right. anyway thanks again.
