I just want to introduce myself , am new to posting but have read a lot on this forum and use the ISB , Instant Shine , [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) . They do seem to work for me and I like the scent more than from another manufacturer I have tried. Will update in more detail soon ! ---

Hi , Thank you to everyone for all the welcomes 🙂 Well , a bit more about myself - I’m in my mid thirties , live in the North East , and have been in a long term relationship for the past 3 years. I work in sales , personality wise I am more on the quiet and shy side. I came across this website by randomly looking around . Have used the Winifred Cutler product a few years ago , but it’s expensive and pretty tedious to use. These products here are great since they come in spray form and the scent is pleasant. Part of the reason for ordering was curiosity , and partly decided to see if I can spice up my relationship a bit. I have been using IS/B , ISH and IH , and they seem to work . I’m always wondering if it does indeed work or if I’m imagining it , if I am merely getting the placebo effect, so the verdict is still open. ISH does have a self effect on me , making me feel somewhat more confident , and also tends to calms down one of my colleagues who is on the easily angered/exitable side. IS/B and IH seem to make my BF more attentive, but again , I don’t know how much of that is simply perception ? Does it work or does it just make me notice his behavior more ? ---

Pheromones work to make you more aware of your surroundings and it also send signals to the brain that causes a reaction. Now, if it is working for you to just recognize that your b/f is more attentive than you thought then I think you would agree its working to shed some light in your relationship that you can work with. The sweet spot method and using pheromones on and off in similar situations is a good way to tell whether its working. Trial and error. The fun is in the testing. **Your gc was issued! 🙂**
