Hey there!

First off, for newbies in this area, would recommend you to read some threads,

These threads listed are of much value, not just to beginners, but to experienced people as well as from time to time we do need to refer back to our basics 🙂

An important question to ask would be, what do you expect out from the use of mones?

From there, we would be able to guide you towards your main intended purpose 🙂
