Hi just joined your forum, I’m currently living in Germany, male 36 years old. Trying to learn about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) and how to use them. I hope to get lots of information from everyone. ---

Thanks for the info, I’m a male 36 years old living in Germany. Originally from Puerto Rico and serving in the Air Force. Although I was married for 10 years (probably because I was married for 10 years) I’m a little shy with women. I have been looking for something to help me out attract more. So I join the forum because a friend talked to me about a [pheromone cologne](https://a314.com/shop/) he had and how good it work and it got me curious. If your thinking to start out with something small I’m thinking having [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IO, and IS would be a good start for your age. Ammo would give you that attractive sexual edge while IO will help you and those around you open up more and increase your approachability. A lot of people love IO for helping with social anxiety. The IS will help you stand out more and put yourself and others in a more cheerful mood. If your looking to step things up a notch for your self confidence take a look at either A314 spray or oil (oil being longer lasting) and or IG which isn’t in stock right now unfortunately. Thanks for the info, I have been reading some of the posts and was thinking about purchasing Ammo already. I will give it a shot and see how it goes maybe I get A314 at a later time. Might want to call them and ask… they usually come around and email you the gift certificate in a day or so.. ---

Hey there sosayweall and welcome! AMMO is a good one to start with as I like the comfortable to be in my own skin vibe if feel in myself a sexy confidence exuding from me. Good, balanced mone, for sure! A314 is a great mone for work, though, if you do want to test it out, I always recommend A314/b spray to get you an equivalent mone to application amount as the A314 oil. If gets me some respect pronto with the spray, but, also get ‘tested’ from others to make sure I am as Alpha as my mone signature.
