Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 That’s a good set to start off with and should suit you very well. What part of Italy are you from? I ask because you may need to take some steps to preserve diffusion/activity time if you are in the hotter part of the country at this time of year. ---

Hi! I live in the northern part of Italy, actually the weather right now is quite hot and humid, temperatures range from 25 to 33 celsius and humidity from 50% to 90%, is there something I should do in particular? As suggested by Tisha23 in a post I’m starting with a spray of IG on the hair and tomorrow I will add another spray on the chest How long should I expect it to last? Thank you! ---

Oh one thing I forgot, I’m having some problems with my nose lately (will have surgery in september) and I cant breathe very well, this affects my ability to sense scents, will it affects my pherormones self effects too? Thanks! ---

That heat/humidity will increase diffusion and speed breakdown a bit. Although putting it on hair may actually help even things out. If spraying on skin, let it dry and apply a thin layer of moisturiser over the app point - this will slow things down a good bit and bring the activity up to the full six hours or so. Similarly, a thin layer of hand lotion applied and left to settle into your skin (a few minutes) before you spray will also help slow breakdown due to the lanolin acting as a barrier on your skin but you will still have a higher-impact diffusion due to the temperature. Should still give you up a couple of hours more activity though. ---

No, this shouldn’t affect the pheros greatly - the scent is only the carrier and the pheros themselves are absorbed by a different mechanism ---

Hi Mickaelia! Of course, right now I’m testing instant gentleman and I really like it’s self effects, I also tried instant shine one day but I did’t get the same response, maybe IG is more suited to my personality or maybe I just need to test it more, 4 days using mones may be a little too less to give good clues 🙂 I’ll come back when I have more!
