My name is Nadia and I am in my late 20’s. I am in the USA. I have a very introverted personality and I have been actively working on ways to build more friendships in my life. Hi and welcome Nadia. Good to have you here. It looks like your realizing who you are and what you need to do to establish more relationships. You went ahead with some mones, good! The IO would be my #1 recommendation for getting out of your shell. The IS is really a confidence booster if you got IS/a. It’s more of an Angelina Jolie sexy confident vibe. IS/b is more of a kittenish sexiness, like a Natalie Portman… 🙂 How’d you find this site, BTW? Hello Nadia, welcome to the forum. Which version of [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) did you get? As Alpha said, they are quite different. It sounds like you’re off to a running start. This is going to be a fun journey! For work, IO is a great phero.
