Hello Martin and welcome to the forum. Glad to see you here but in order to help you with recommendations - and to qualify for that %15.00 gift certificate - Tisha is gonna want just a little more info - what you want to do with the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/), your personality - stuff like that. I promise you she is not a cyber-stalker or anything, well maybe just a little - lol - (J/K) but it really helps to know this info to help make decent suggestions. Ok, so I am a 31 year old guy, living in the Washington DC metro area. I bought A314 (which came with a free bottel of Turn Up the Heat) and [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/). The reasons why I bought these is because I like to try new things and observe the effects of things that can affect the behavior of people, so I bought A314 to see how things change at my workplace, and Instant Female Magic to see if there are any noticeable changes in the behavior of my girlfriend. Since I have the Turn Up the Heat Bottle, I think I will do some experimenting when I go out and see if I can make some heads turn, just to boost my ego LOL!. My personality is really positive and easy going, although a few months ago I went through a break up that left me a little bitter, but things have been getting better over the months, especially since my current girlfriend is great. uhmmm well, I used instant female magic for a few days, and it seems that my girlfriend was more relaxed, but I am not really sure if this is because of the pheromones, or she was acting normal, i need to experiment more with it. I just started usin A314 today, and I I have not noted any dramatic change in the people around me, will keep testing and I’ll post if anything interesting results. I wanted to try ammo too, but I don’t want to spend more money until I see for myself that pheromones work for me. I will go out tomorrow night and saturday, so those will be great opportunities to try turn up the heat, we’ll see if I get some female attention and get my girlfriend jealous hehehehe. ---

I am a newbie too and just have ammo so far. I am sure it is a game at first siphoning whether things noted are natural or a result of the pheromones. I am pretty sure too that different people may react at different levels. I am sure that if someone that you walk by is effected a little they may not just stop you in your tracks and say damn you smell good lets go screw. They may take notice themselves but not portrait any reaction. So I am sure it takes a few weeks to a month to determine if there are assured results. ---

I suggest trying some of the social products like Ishine IO or IH and of course AMMO because I think every guy should have a bottle of that.
