Hello! Welcome to the forums. I’m sort of a newbie myself but will do my best to help you. I purchased the TOGO sizes of ISHINE/m, IO/m, and IH/m. I think this was a great place to start for my age (15) I got really good results. Overall people around were more talkative nicer and said things I would have never expected. Hope this helps! Have fun! ---
