Hi, First of all this post comes along time into my phero journey as i made my first purchase, of many, over a year ago and since [pheromones](https://a314.com/) have become a staple part of my everyday life since. So a little bit about myself, i am a 22 year old guy from the south of england. I have heard from various people that i am quite a good looking guy. But as many of you know this does not mean you are automatically a confident ladies man! I am quite shy, socially awkward and lack the confidence to approach girls. I am 5 ft 8 and weigh 141llbs, I am an active person so i have quite an athletic build. I was first introduced to pheromones by a guy i work with whilst having a chat about girls and relationships, he said he had read about it online and he was considering buying some from a sex shop. This intrigued me and later that evening i did a bit of research on what pheromones could do, but not on what they couldn’t do. But then i found this site and was astounded by how many different products you had and that they could produce different effects. And of course reading these forums have informed me that pheromones don’t do all the work for you, whereas other sites proclaim that a couple of sprays will give you god like abilities. I started with the instant line - my first order was IS, IO, IH, A314, AMMO and IG. I was looking to become more approachable, friendly and give myself a confidence boost. And hopefully this would make me seem more attractive and become more successful with the ladies. I am introducing myself now after a year of using pheromones because i am still trying to have more success with the ladies. There’s always room to learn and i am looking for some advice and learn a bit more about the science of pheromones. So a few questions that i am yet to find answers, or yet i know the answers are out there but need a bit more clarification. As i am a young guy and have quite a few pheromones flying out of my body already, i would just like to know which pheromones or molecules should a young guy stay clear of or use sparingly? Also i don’t know what blood type i am but would like to know if this has a massive effect on which pheromones would be better suited to certain blood types? Like i mentioned above i am quite a shy and reserved person (beta?) but i do have some alpha characteristics e.g i like to be in control of situations, i have spoken to people that say i seem intimidating but i feel intimidated myself! maybe this is a body and facial language thing?? Anyway that is my introduction done and i cannot wait for the feedback you guys give me. I need some IS (i think it’s my fave product, after not using it in about a month) and a GC would be a nice christmas present. Thanks, Jeggers P.S I have not mentioned the other products i have been using as there are too many and have not really tested them properly or made notes on them as i am too impatient to use one product for a suitable period of time. Hey jeggers, I think i understand where you’re coming from, as i had some of the same issues myself let me share a bit of what i think. For guys our age the best thing is to stick to social/ respect pheromones. IG is, to me, one of the best products there are if you want confidence/ control but yet still be approchable. It works wonders on people our age coupled with some IH and IS I’ve learned to stay away / use very little of heavily none based products as they always seem to be a bit too much for me. If you don’t use them with care you can easily OD and that’s never fun. If you’re young and good looking the attraction already is there you just need to back it with confidence and social skill. But hey don’t take my word for it! Go out and experiment since you already have all these products. I know it’s hard to stick to sweet spotting but its def a step you should try to take down the line. Cheers, Slash ---

Hi and welcome to the forum! Slash got’s it right that heavy -none laden products such as TUTH and IJ would be best to keep at a minimum, depending on the social situation. From the ones you mention, AMMO has -none, but it is a well buffered product. Even so, this would be the one to keep an eye on, with likely a spray to start your sweet spot testing for a few days, make your observations, then try it at 2… You really do have to test it out to make the most out of the mones you have. The socials, such as IShine, IO and IH are just fine as I haven’t had an OD type\*(Other than Desired) response with them… Though, with too much IH, I get some brutally honest comments flying out of my mouth that can put me in the dog house… 😛 IG, IShine and IO would be excellent to use… however, all mones will do is highlight YOU… they will be putting out a chemical signal, for sure, and YOU will have to capitalize on it. Take a look at the Forum stickies in the men’s area… you’ll find my ramblings on this point as well as to keep in mind that others will not ALWAYS get the same effect on mones because of what they’re going through… Thanks for posting… How’d you get to this site, way back when…? ---

Hey Slash and 1Alpha, thanks for replying and for the great advice, i would also like to agree with both of you about TUTH and IJ i have tested both of these but only once or twice as i didn’t feel that they produced any positive effects, but also i didn’t get any negative responses to wearing them! Also even though i have used AMMO 1X and 2X quite alot i am still unsure of the effects it has had personally, and when i do use it i tend to spray it on back of neck as i find it a bit overpowering sprayed anywhere else. Maybe a bit more testing with this would be good. regarding IG…i used to wear this all the time but recently has slipped to the bottom of my phero box i don’t know why because i did have some great self effects from this, maybe cause i’ve been trying too many other things!! Must start using it again. And IS, IO and IH are obviously pretty solid products which i use alot and get good effects from however i do think IO makes me quite depressed and irritable if i use too much, found this out as i thought i was using 1X IO at 4 sprays, instead it was 4 sprays of IO 2X!! oh and i think i stumbled across these forums just by using a google search like ‘[pheromones for confidence](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic/)’ and was amazed that there were so many people discussing this sort of thing. btw that first post looks like such a ramble compared to BloodRaven’s (jose) introduction his was so much more to the point! compared to my blah blah blah. anyway thanks for the replies guys!! ---

Welcome to pherotalk Jeggers! The products you choose are excellent and none I wouldn’t say you shouldn’t use and your age appropriate to use products we usually don’t recommend on the first purchase like Instant jerk and tuth. Products with none you have to be very careful about because it may be offensive to women but are quite effective for certain situations. When you go into the men’s forum and start reading and talking more with the men, testing you will get the gist of it soon enough, be patient and take it one step at a time _ **Your gc was issued!🙂** _
