Hi everyone, after 2-3 years of reading about [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) on this forum and on other place i am finally ready to do my first purchase! And to have my GC!πŸ˜‰ I am a 17 years old Male and i live in Laval (10 mins of Montreal). I am a bit introvert and do have some social anxiety, especially with the women and even more especially with the super hot ones πŸ™„. Wow, glad to finally have you here with us and start trying these out! I have some SA too. I find that at first IO and IShine added to it, but as I became more comftorable with them and put them in mixes I only got positive self effects. You are still young so staying away from tuth is a good idea and A314 might be too strong as well. I’d grab a to go of IG- it can add to your confidence and makes you more dependable. I like ammo over it because IG makes me too serious. I find 2 sprays of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) really grounds me and kills my SA. I add some IO so that people are much more open to talking to me, which psychologically helps my anxiety. I like honesty because it keeps conversations deeper. And IShine makes ME feel better and excited about approaching and IShine makes other people smiley and happy. SO I’d start with to gos of IShine, IO, IH, IG, and Ammo. Good luck! ---

Hi Vinceb I think you cant go wrong in buying the [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) first: IShine will eliminate any shyness and make other people feel good too. IO to create lots of conversations and makes females feel comfortable with you IH to take the conversations to a more deeper level CTTM2 makes you more approachable …and Ammo will add the vital attraction when chatting to the ladies πŸ™‚ ---

Hello there Vince Just popping in to say welcome to pherotalk. Your 17 so the social products will work better for your needs then the high anone or heavily masculine ones. Tuth and A314 could be to over the top and have the opposite effect your looking for. Ammo which is well balanced and IG which adds a air of maturity are your best bests for the masculines products in your age range. Then use IO, and Ishine to help open and draw them in.
