Hi all, I am a 42 yr old female very new to the world of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/). I received my trial size IO and also received a sample P130 which I love. I am keen to try the instant shine. What I have noticed in the few days of wearing is the unusually happy mood I am in whn I rock up to work each day. I seem to be attracting a lot more attention socially which is awesome as I am naturally quite shy. I cannot wait to make my next order of full size products. Cheers 🙂 ---

Howdy down there! I love [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) myself, in fact wearing a few pumps right now at work… it puts me in a better mood and does to those in my area of effect too, which is nice especialyl for me because Grumpy Dwarf doesn’t have sh\*t on me haha! ---

hey Smartypantz, yeah, those are good products for that exactly. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is great too, I love it especially with A314 - that combination makes people think you’re rich, and it isn’t just my observation, there was more reports from many users saying exactly that. Instant Shine gives a nice, youthful, confident and smily vibe that rounds off pretty much anything really well. I also liked P130, even though I’m not entirely sure what it does precisely. It seemed to lighten up the heavily masculine mixes of A314 + Ammo + P83, similarly as IS would, although for that I think I still prefer the IS. That’s the thing with the putatives (P-series of products), they don’t have a guarantee or precise descriptions, because they’re either not tested enough yet, or proved to be too inconsistent with different users and/or mixes. So basically, it’s your own job to test it for yourself and share conclusions on the forum 😉 Or, start with the “Instant” line to learn about applications, dosages, effects etc, and then proceed to the more demanding or less tested/guaranteed products. What else do you want to try? Ammo maybe? Give us some more info about yourself, your background, relationship situation, goals, social strengths and difficulties - this way we can advise you more personally and in a more informed, tailored fashion. ---

Thanks for quick response. So I guess my long term goal is to settle down with someone eventually. No hurry. Am twice divorced. I have grown children who I adore so I guess I am just looking for someone to have fun with. I am quite shy and have found so far that the instant sprays are bringing me out of my shell. So can women use ammo? ---

No, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) isn’t perfect for women, although there may be some uses. Hello Smartypantz! Welcome! IO is a great product to start with! I’m glad you’re having so much success with it! It’s probably the most social product offered at the moment. I think you’d really enjoy IS, too. Have you been using p130 by itself yet? If not, you really should, and report to us what your observations and experiences are! I’m sure you’ve stumbled across a product called [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) by now. I absolutely suggest you try it! There is an A version and a B version, you can read up on those and decide which to try (though I suggest you try them both). Used heavily, IS/A is quite sexual, but when used lightly, both are fun and flirty. Great for any social situation. Can you tell us any more about what you’d like to achieve with pheromones? Welcome Smartypantz, This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will. I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie. We are short staffed and these gift certificates are done manually. It takes a great deal and I am back logged.
