Hi! I just turned 88, actually yesterday was my birthday =). I’m male, native american and I live in central florida. I have been reading about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) here at the forum for quite a while, totally maybe something around 25 hours I used to be a quite pathetic nerd, but once I started doing sports (karate, gym) and got involved in PUA stuff and psychology my social value has increased rapidly and I started having some success with girls. I’m a bit extrovert I could say, not shy but I just don’t feel like I would like to go out and party sometimes. But when I go I usually have quite fun anyway. I like to talk to people; since I’m really good at creating rapport and everyone tend to have quite interesting conversations with me. I can easily start talking to people and I’m quite confident, except when I feel like I’m out of their league and sometimes I feel like people judge me before they get to know me. My ex-girlfriend told me that she was jealous about my ability to talk to everyone and do it confidently (lol thx to PUA stuff and body language, they just don’t know it). Well as I said I still see me as lower value than many because of the bullying, and I don’t feel comfortable in a bar or club, except once I get to talk to ppl and get their full attention and start having an interesting conversation. Another problem I got is that I don’t seem to make is that girls like to keep me in their friend zone, and it really pisses me off. I just don’t seem to give a high enough value, and I think I’m not alpha enough. Everything plays well once I get enough social proof and my confidence gets high enough. Example: At clubs I’m usually the “shy” guy intimidated by the alphas and I’m afraid to get shot down and humiliated (I seem to have some trauma from the many years of bullying). But at a house party I completely owned the party (15 guys, 20 girls) just because I happened to know three of the girls and the one I came with. Confidence + alpha male + game = success. Within 10 minutes a complete stranger dragged me to a bedroom. And she was the fucking hottest girl in the house. And I’m just an average looking slim dude. i am looking to improve it further using alpha male, and other pehros, please advise which are best for seduing girls . thank mounir ---

Welcome, from what I’ve read it seems like you seem to do pretty good as is with the ladies. Really, that’s REALLY good (to have that mindset you already have.) You say you feel judged, but you still go up to people with confidence and that’s great. Really, that coupled together with pheromones will most likely DOUBLE your chances because so far it seems like you’re doing great. So I suggest trying AMMO, IO (for even more social ice breaking,) and IH to add trust and make others feel even more closer to you like if they’ve known you for years. Hi and welcome!! Mikotorocks gave you some excellent recommendations, though I do have one more. A314 is an alpha/respect product that will boost your confidence and also the respect you receive from others. It is one of the most popular products here and it wqould definitely address your concern about not being alpha enough 🙂 ---

Hey there mounir. First thing’s first. I’m new here too, and have never even tried any [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/). So I can’t speak to you with experience, nor do my opinions really have any merit. I have, however, scoured these forums and the store a lot like you. So although I can’t really give you any advice, I can try to pass on the words of others. Someone already mentioned A314. That seems to be the real “alpha male” pheromone from what everyone has said on these forums and reviews. So if you’re looking to increase your social worth, that may be your best bet. Another thing that you might be interested in is Instant Gentleman. Someone recommended it to me for the same reason. It seems that it wouldn’t be quite as dominating as A314 (which is out of stock at the moment I believe) but isn’t supposed to be as intimidating. I think A314 would be perfect for you as well, and oh BTW, welcome to the forum. Right now A314 is out of stock, but you can pick it up at Love Scent (just click on the link). But I have to tell you I think you might be a BIG candidate for IJ. I think women would really see you more as boyfriend material rather than friend material. It fulfills a womans fantasy of having that bad-boy in their lives. Mix some PUA skillz into that and wow what a combo. However if you are looking to play it more safe you might also go with some [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) instead. Ammo is a solid confident sexy male. Personally, being somewhat of a PUA myself, if you are ending in the friend zone repeatedly, you are building to much comfort and not escalating.
