Hi everyone! This is Paul from Chicago, the windy city with lots of cute and smart ladies 🙂 I am a young professional and am under 30 years old. Men like me are too busy these days to do anything beside work and work, and more work! So we need something to help us manage our time better with the women we go out with. I am a quiet person, sometimes shy, and I consider myself very smart. I am here too know more about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) and if they really work as well as advertised all around the internet. Hey Paul, nice to have you here! Yes, I personally believe pheromones do work. And the only way you can come to that conclusion by yourself is by experimenting and then seeing for yourself. 🙂 Let us know some more information about you, like what your pheromone goals may be so you can receive that $25 GC so you can purchase some with little to nothing at all! I’m also very shy and I feel like you could benefit from something with some -none in it like AMMO for all around attraction, A314 definitely for gaining respect at work and climbing that corporate ladder a little bit easier, and perhaps a touch of some socials like IO and IH to make you approachable and help break social barriers. Hi there, Welcoem to the forum. To have confidence and position of power, try A314. It can project your image as respected, trusted and capable man. It is good for your career. As for women, AMMO will be just nice. It can make women attracted to you. It is good for social outings. Good luck ---

Yup, “speaking from a position of power” is A314 all over. For meeting women, try Ammunition. A314 is “sexy”, in that women find powerful leaders attractive, but not necessarily sexual, if you know what I mean. I am a shy guy myself, and (for me, at least) making steady eye contact and speaking with my voice down from my belly (a bit louder, more resonant) helps me to sound more “powerful”. So think about improving your body language and maybe voice tonality, Toastmasters or some similar organisation is good for learning to speak authoritatively to groups. (And there’s a few cougars there as well…) Pheromones tend to amplify what you’ve already got, so the more “alpha” your body language, tonality, and general attitude the more powerful you’ll come across. The pheros will supercharge that. ---

Steve seemed to have missed the thread. PM him if you have not done so already. His username’s “steve”. There may also be an email link in his signature, you can search for his posts. I think that there’s been some kind of glitch in the PM system, with PMs not getting sent, so you may have to be patient. ---

Unless you OD on it by wearing 10 drops or something it is unlikely. Everyone is different and you might find you need to buffer it with a ‘social’ like [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), Openness or Honesty. What is the best phero for social settings? I cannot decide between IH, IO, IS, and IG. I know they have different names, but they don’t seem to have much different effects. I want to seem more approachable and confident. Would it be too much to ask if I wanted the other person to initiate contact? In either case, which would give me a better result? [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) perhaps? Oh, BTW, I think it is in poor taste that they tell you you will get a GC and then you get nothing and you hear nothing from Steve even though you’ve messaged him. _sigh_ ---

The difference between IH and IO is the difference between quality and quantity. IH encourages deeper, more intimate conversation. IO encourages motormouth syndrome. IS is the ‘feel good’ [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/). It helps to lift the mood of everyone around you and they associate that feeling with you. IG is the smooth James Bond charisma in a bottle. Not as commanding as the A314, but quietly confident. Your frustration is understandable. Steve has one of the busiest inboxes on this forum.
