Hello everyone, My name is John. I’m so glad that I learned about Androtics. I’m a 24 year old male, currently working for an IT company. [Pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) sound interesting I haven’t tried yet. It might seem dumb but i went ahead and order instant shine, instant openess, instant honesty, a314,CTTM, TUTH, and AMMO cologne without giving it a test try first. I got the cologne and CTTM but the rest are still coming.. 🙂 I like to be surrounded by happy and friendly people at work all the time, so I’m hoping to find something out of that collection that will cheer up everyone around me at work … not that it’s boring now but it could be better 🙂 I’m also a bar/club person; do you have any suggestion as to what I should use (or what combinations) at these places? I appreciate any suggestions you guys can give. Lastly… hello everybody, nice to meet you all 🙂 ---

Hey, welcome! Wow, well so far for letting us help you with recommendations since it seems like you already got the whole store. Anyway, you should’ve posted here first, so you can receive a $25 GC, but I’m sure Steve will still hook you up. Care to tell us how you’d plan on using your pheromones and for what other effects? It boosts your status ten-fold. CTTM is also good, but this is Openness and Honesty combined together. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is a good one for work if you want to liven the place up. People will feel great around you and it’s a good weapon to have if you need to lighten up the boss when he or she is in a bad mood. TUTH and Ammo are used for dating. Perfect for clubs. As for combos, try Ammo and A314. Many have reported good sexual results with that one. Not for work, mind. Welcome to the forum. Musk ---

I’m hoping to use pheromones in two places: At work: just to make work more interesting; I don’t know.. maybe so I feel great and everyone around me feel great? Perhaps [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or combo with others? At bar/club: Somehow I’m very bad at bar or club. It’s either too loud or too crowded that I can’t start or have a good conversation with girls. So when I see a really hot girls.. i never seem to get her attention and if i do it always seems oddward. I’m also not good when talking in a group…But 1 on 1 i’m great. Any suggestion as to what to use? ---

Hi misenlai, Welcome to the forum. You have got some good pheromones there. As to cheer up people, try SHine. It can lighten the mood of the people around you. YOu will have the same self effect too. Tell us more about your objective of using pheromones. Is it for sexual, ltr, respect, or others? Are you shy or outgoing? Then we can give more recommendations to you. Cheers ---

**For work definitely go with A314 for that respect me vibe, and Alpha male personality and aura with a few sprays of IH to help deepen communication levels, add a sense of trust, and comfort to those around you. Or A314 with a few sprays of CTTM with a zap or two of IS.** **For the bar scene AMMO with a spray of TUTH, and some sprays of IH or CTTM with IS would be a great mix. Misenlai, welcome to the forums. That’s a heck of an arsenal you’ve got there… you’ll have a lot of fun trying out all that lot… 🙂 Best thing to do is try each one individually and see what works best for you, and at what dosages. You can start a “journal” in the men’s journals section and write about your experiments, it’ll help keep track of what you’re doing and get feedback from others as well. For the club, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) may be best. You’re young so TUTH may be too much. But try it at least once in the club anyway; you’ll find out whether you can work it, or not. The “social” pheros like Shine or CTTM can have a sexual effect, but it’s not the primary purpose of those pheros. I wouldn’t use CTTM, Openness, or Honesty in a really loud, high energy club but in a quieter venue they’d probably go pretty well… In a loud club you’re competing with a lot of sensory stimulation you’d need something that hits 'em over the head to get their attention like TUTH. For getting groups to pay attention to you, try A314 especially if at work. You will be positioned more as a leader and they’ll tend to defer to you. But you must work it; if others are looking to you for leadership you must provide it. ---

quick question? how long do these spray last? Like if i spray in the morning and go out later in the day, when should i use it again? ---

The oil-based pheromones last around 8 hours; the sprays last less time, depending on which pheromone it is. [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) lasts 3-4 hours, for example. Some pheros last a long time or are very “sticky”. Androstenone (in Ammunition, Turn Up The Heat, and Instant Jerk) can stay on you for days and you really have to use soap and water to get all of it off. If the air is very dry and hot, sprays won’t work well. If you’re sweating a lot, because it’s hot and humid, the pheros will need to be re-applied more frequently. ---
