Hi, I’m Mark, I’m 17 and I’m from Yorkshire in England. I have heard of [pheromones](https://a314.com/) before, and the effects they can have, but this is the first time I’ve ever really looked into it, and am hoping to both learn and gain from doing so 🙂 What I’m really hoping for is something which can help me with girls (who’d have thought…🙄) especially with university coming up. At the moment, I’m the ‘friend zone’ guy and I’m really hoping to break free of that and prevent it happening in future. I can be a great ‘friend’ around them, but it’s taking it further than that which makes me nervous and I haven’t had much luck so far. I suppose I also fall into the ‘nice guy’ category. Any girl I do like doesn’t feel anything about me really, and I’m not sure how I can try to change this. 😕 Personally I don’t think I’m the best looking guy in the world, and have been working hard to lose weight (recently people have started noticing which is great) and this has probably contributed to my shyness with girls. Welcome, Mark, aka hypersimmo, to the mone forum, Pherotalk! Good to have you on board. For breaking out of the FZ, not only would a mone help out, but, you’ve got to shed your nice guy attitude and body language. Initiating kino and using AMMO (Summer [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is my fave) which gives me a confident sexy guy vibe, will work out for you. For the SHYNESS aspect, I would suggest you also look at IO to get just a breadth of bubbling forth of conversations to others. One thing to keep in mind is that all of these mones work in conjuction with your attitudes, body language, and communications. Hi there Mark, I am glad you came to use especially since we have become experts, or should I say the men have become experts in keeping away from the friend zone. You see the friend zone is a very dangerous and deep hole and more and more we had guys just like you come to use for assistance and with time and loads of testing we have it down to a T. Hi Mark, welcome to the forum. 🙂 I’m around your age and understand how uncomfortable friendzoning can be for all parties involved! Everyone is right, breaking out of it won’t just be about pheromones alone, you have to supply the personality, body language and such yourself. That said, definitely do check out products like IS, IO, Ammo, and probably even IJ for your case. All of them give off different vibes, and you can mix them once you’re comfortable with each for spefically targeted results. Don’t be afraid to venture into the men’s forum, they have a TON of advice for you there. 🙂 Let us know how it all goes! - Spinach ---

I’m just about to put in my first order using my gift certificate (thanks!) but as I’m a student and live in the U.K. (extra shipping), I’m only able to afford one TOGO mone at the moment to sample. Which one of the above would you recommend? Thanks, Mark ---

Hmm if I were in your shoes, I think I’d try out Ammo first, maybe the new Summer Edition! But IO or IS are great to start with as well, if you are leaning towards either of those. Psst… If you ask nicely, sometimes they even add a freebie in your parcel.. 😉 ---

Thanks for the advice Spinach, I think I’ll just be able to get 1 full bottle of Ammo, as when I’ve thought it through, it’ll be longer before I have to pay the $20 shipping again. And thanks for the suggestion on freebies! The more I here about the company the more they sound excellent! I can’t imagine many other places would be good enough to do something like that 😃
