They are indeed real Crystal, although I understand your doubt. Initially I felt the same way, but you can see effects fairly quickly with pheromones (at least the ones from AD) and you can recognize the effects with a little effort.
What are you looking to do with pheromones? What type of person are you? The more you tell us in this regard the more we can help point you in the right direction.
