These products are suitable for any skin type, and yes they can be used in a hot environment.

Though spray products have a wider range of diffusion, they do not last as long as oil products.

And, yes [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and Instant openness can be used together. Though before you do, you should try each product separately until you are familiar with the effects and the amount you personally need to achieve those effects.
