If thats the case you might want to look at mones like A314 and Ammo/Tuth. Did you already put the 50 pounds on or do you plan to? **WOW! YOU GUYS REALLY ARE GREAT FRIENDS!** I really understand how hard it must have been for you guys to put on the weight because I used to do amateur lifting. All I can say to you is **show him all that is possible when you have confidence in yourself and a little help from pheromones**. **That’s really inspirational what you are doing for your friend** and I think a lot of people would be interested in hearing how it goes- maybe you should consider posting a journal.
