Do anabolics make you produce more 'pheromones'?

I am admittedly an anabolic user. I have always been in excellent shape but in the last few years since being on anabolics I have become a different kind of beast. I am noticing that while on cycle women flock to me and men seem to follow my lead. I am Alpha by presence alone. I don’t one up people or act like I ever have anything to prove.
