Hi my name is Steve and I am currently going to college in NJ. I’m almost 19 and a pretty outgoing guy. I had never heard of pheromones before until a friend of mine was showing some hair gel with “pheromones” in it. Well, it seemed like crap so i went online in hopes of debunking his theory. So after some researching I came across this website and read many post and all of them seemed so positive about the products. So I decided to give it a try and see how goes. I mean might as well. Alot of people have posted them working. Anyways, I ordered Ammo and received it today and included in my package was a trial of [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). I’d have to say I am very impressed with this company as I received the package in like 2 days and I got a free sample. The personal message written on my receipt was a very nice as well. So I was thinking for a normal day of classes: 1 spray of Ammo 2 spray of my normal cologne At parties: 2 spray Ammo 2 spray Instant Honesty 2 spray of my normal cologne Does that sound good? Any suggestions? I figured I would see how the IS Honesty works at parties. I’m also going lower on the sprays of Ammo because on the forum I’ve heard that younger people need to use less than those that are older. I put it up to 2 sprays ammo at parties because of “smell competition”. Do you guys think thats good or should I ramp it up more? 😃 ---

Welcome steve Remember [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a cologne by it’s self, make sure it smells ok when mixed with your normal cologne. I would suggest IO for clubbing over IH, IH works better on dates where talk is deepended. for meet and greet situations IO is much better. ---

Hi, Welcome to the forum. Ammo is a great product. You have to experiment a little to find your sweet spot, but the dosages you suggest are good starts. It’s better if you test each product individually first. About using your own cologne on top of Ammo, I’m not sure if it is a good idea. Ammo is cologne strength itself, scents may clash. EDIT: Like woofie2 said, [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) is more useful in clubbing/party environments than Instant Honesty. It is an ice breaker, and make you more approachable. Instant Honesty is a great product too, but it is best used to create trust and intimacy. ---

BTW, though Ammo is cologne strength, I do use other colognes with it through layering, but you have to be very careful, some people can’t handle a lot of cologne scents and they find too much cologne just as offensive as cigarette smoke… ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Looks like you got a nice order - always nice to get freebies and they are pretty good about that here. IH is one of my favorite products. The mixes you have look pretty good on paper but you will have to experiment a little to see what works best for you. Let us know how it goes and ask any questions you have along the way. ---

Hello, Welcome to Pherotalk 🙂 Nice order, AMMO is always a good choice to start. Yes younger guys tend to need less but we are all different and you need to experiment a bit. Dont get discouraged if you dont see results right away it just means you havnt found your sweet spot yet.
