Once you find your “sweet spot”: [An Introduction to Mones: Names, Size, Strength, Use, Effects & Duration - #9 by SteveO](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/an-introduction-to-mones-names-size-strength-use-effects-length-of/43003/9) you can gague how much you will be using. My sweet spot for AMMO is 3 sprays so out of a To-Go bottle I will get about 13 uses. Out of a 30 ml bottle I would get about 66 uses.

One of the problems with people not seeing results is not being patient enough to find their sweet spot. They just spray and go. Our society in general does not want to RTFM. They just want to use the product intutively.

Those are the main reasons why products don’t seem to work for some people.
