Hello Everyone I am a newbie who finally decided to post after a month of checking the site out. I am 20 year male who goes to college in Santa Barbara I am here because I mainly want to build my self confidence and be able to take the initiative either on the job or in school or with women. I am definitely shy but when people get to know me they seem to enjoy my company since im supposedly humorous from my friends. With friends that are girls i usually end up in the friend zone a lot. I hope pheremones will break me out of my shell and be able to hopefully give me the ability to pursue a girl into a relationship. ---

Iā€™m definitely going to agree with AlexanderG on this one, [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and A314 would be great for your situation, it seems, CS. Ammo helps the soft-dominant attraction factor (thatā€™s what Iā€™ve noticed), and A314 helps provide a commanding alpha persona, which can surely help in a career environment, not to mention, it can help tone down the focus on humor, which can provide a more serious environment (that helps alot with relationships, shows the other persons that you can put forth the required effort). hi there, welcome to the forum. i will suggest instant gentleman and ammo for oyou. ig will project you as capable, trusted and mature man. it is friendlier compare to a314 and more suitable for your age. to get the girl into a relationship, ammo can help in attracting the girls. it may help in breaking away from the friend zone. good luck and do post your result. cheers ---

Hey man, I am new also to the world of pheromones. I remember seeing a porn movie years and years ago about this scent that guys rubbed on themselves and girls just couldnt wait to jump in the sack with them. i am new and from SB also. i have not tried anything yet, but will probably start with some of the basic female mixes and if i get a good response try some of the instant openess which i think might be intersting to use during work as a nurse. if it has a good effect i might recommend it to my social worker friends, anything that can get a person to relax and trust thier healthcare workers during thier time of crisis could be very theraputic. anyway..hi other SB folks, and good luck.
