Hi, Im a 25 year old mail from Durban South Africa - Im new to this whole [pheromone](https://a314.com/shop/) thing, am wanting to use it for work mainly, to be able to hob nob with management and move up in my job I think! any suggestions will be welcome - I have just bought the instant shine and the a314. Hi Karabo and welcome to the forum! You have made a good choice buying A314 for work and is very effective mixed with IS. I would also buy the rest of the [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) IO, IH, CTTM2 so that you can mix those with A314 on different days to keep your signature fresh rather than relying on the same pheromones day after day. I would also take a phero break 2 days a week to replenish your neuro transmitters. Like the others have said please tell us more about yourself to gain the $25 GC for your next purchase. Hi All, Thanks so much for the great feedback! Well yes my gf and I are doing ok, so not really focussed on gettng something relatinshipwise, right now that is, perhaps as things progress and I get used to the mones, I might try something. Well at work I am well liked and respected, I am generally a shy guy at first, but can be extroverted onbce I am comfortbale with a person - hope that makes sense? The thing is being the “nice guy” in the office also makes me a target to get taken advantage of, like ding extra stuff for management and that kinda thikng, which I dont mind cos I feel its exposure and skills, BUT at the same time, I have had three promotions in the last four years , but all “lateral” not any management positions - so I would like to try mones to try and come acros as trustworthy and reliable , but also not a doormat. I hope what Im saying makes sens? Thanks a mil ---
