Hi, the name is Spencer. Currently at 29 (hope that’s not too old) and from the capital of the malaysia, Kuala Lumpur. _A little of Malaysia,_ If you don’t know, known to tourist for being a land of food due to three main cultures in this country, malay, chinese, and indian, there is even a saying,“you cannot get starve in m’sia” cause there is always 24/7 stalls or restaurants around. a bit strict on policies but its good if you go by your daily life. A truly nice place to visit if you like cultural mix in one place. _how i found here…_ how i got to this forum was totally incidental but it is a good thing cause there is an actual support forum for knowing more about pheromones. a year ago i was already running search for pheromones, this goes on & off for some time, one day, i googled around about pheromones & click a few links, reach here (wow cool site) and started reading, the more i read, the more i thought that, there is more information here than i search in the last 50 pages. Not to mention that users/public exprience is one of the best information. (LOVE THIS FORUM! & THE JUICY JOURNALS!) _something about me?_ i’m a shy single asian guy (really), a bit or more on the plump side (working on that), weighting at 100kgs (definitely working on this too), and 170cm in height. degree graduate, now currently working in the manufacturing zone in the operations side. Nothing really significant. I am a jovial fella as my friends would have describe me, i may not have the cool, or hot looking, or a hot hunk, but i have a talent for putting a smile or laughter on most people. I am shy to initiate first contact, but once a bit confortable with her, i can put a smile or laughter on her lips with my wit. (ahhhh…) the problems always lies in the initiation. i am also quite observant especially on things people usually miss. I have good loyal friends, all i can say all of them are very nice guys (like angels), don’t smoke, don’t drink heavily & will stick around with you through trouble times. _my relationships history?_ i think it can be pretty said that i been single all my life. yes… yes… its sad, i know ☹, that’s why its a fine time to change that (hopefully): crush on the opposite sex - four fail ones that didn’t go anywhere. short-term relationship - none long-term relationship - none _interested in… and already add to cart…_ i did my fare share of reading in the forum & found these three quite interesting to test around. Because different individuals will give out different reactions, therefore making any experiments very very interesting. Plus i have at many times have a keen interest in human psychology. Also looking to get the ladies to pay a little (or more) attention to me so that at least i would more easily bridge the connection to her. This is where i hope the Instant Openess comes to assist. In my opinion, having girls checking me out would surely be a great boost of confidence and definitely brighten the rest of the week. HI Spencer, Welcome. I am from SEA too. It is ok to be single all the while, just the faith is yet to come. I suggest you try IH, SHine and AMMO. Shine can make you uplift in mood and it can also boost your confident socially. It can also counter your shyness during your first contact. IH will make the girls closer to you. They will feel they know you for long time. It can strengthen the relationship. AMMO will add the attraction element. It can make the girls attracted to you. great advice bro’ it gave me some new thoughts. i still stick to AMMO, TUTH but for the last choice, i think maybe i go for [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/). was wondering, how far difference is the “standard strength” compare to the “double strength” ??? ---

Double strength means you have 2 X of [pheromone](https://a314.com/) in the bottle compare to the normal strength. If you use 2 sprays from 1X bottle, then you need to use only 1 spray from 2X bottle. ---

Howdy Spencer! For your situation which is that you been single all your life. I would suggest Ammo which is an all-around attractant and it could be used at work but since you say there are no women, there’s no point but you can use it anyways. It could also make women sexually aroused when near you. When I wear this at work which is a place that have women come in and out all the time, I always catch women staring at me more than once. I would also suggest [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Honesty. Openness will make people friendly and very chatty. Instant Honesty will make people feel comfortable around you as if they known you for a very long time. If you want to do some testing, I suggest the above that I mention. Ammo, Instant Openness, and Instant Honesty. You can wear these at the mall, book stores, cafes, etc. These are not magic bullets, you have to put in some work too. Just talk to people, say hi, ask for the time, ask for direction, just interact with people and see how they are reacting to your pheromones. ---

Welcome Spencer, The gentlemen above have given you excellent recommendations, I cannot improve on these. I would however suggest you do a good amount of study of your own, and reading [The Mens Guide](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/mens-pheromone-guide-revised-6-15/12168)is a good starting point.
