Hello I’m a spanish girl, I’ve been using mones for a year and I find all this really amzing, it has been like discovering a New World and a New personality inside of me. I’ ll be happy to share my experiences with all of you and learn about yours ---

Hey, the Spanish discovered the New World at some point, so why not the new world of [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)? (Sorry, I couldn’t resist. 🙂) I think you’ll like it. Anyway, the best starter pheromones are IShine, IO, and IH. They work exactly as their names suggest, and can be used almost universally. Take Dee A’s advice and start a journal, so you can keep records of all your experiences in one place, to share with everyone on the forum.
