Hi Everybody, My name is Sophie, I live in Benidorm, Spain. I am a young 47, most people think I am about 32, which is great! I don´t have a clue about pheromones but I am learning very quickly. At my age you need all the help you can get, so thats why when I found this webpage by chance but I am very glad that I did! The people here are so helpful, many thanks to Dolly and Jasmin! Well, I am here because an ex boyfriend from 15 years ago, is back on the scene, but because of long working hours is always very tired!! Hence he needs something to stimulate him and hopefully improve my sex life!!! I have just ordered Essence of Woman, and hope to be able to get Instant Sexiness, unfortunately there might be a problem sending these to Spain because of new cosmetic laws. So if anyone knows a way to get round this, please let me know! ---

Hi Lor, Well, to tell you the truth, I am a loose cannon myself, as nutty as they come!! My sons are 27 and 22, both at Uni, and their friends say that I am a really cool mom!! I think thats because I don´t feel my age and as I am a bit crazy!!! Anyway, I hope you guys can help me out, cos this ex boyfriend of mine used to be a sex machine but is forever tired and falling asleep on the sofa!!!He was the love of my life and I never thought in a million years we would meet up again, so this time, fingers crossed!!! Don´t worry about the energy side of it, I have already started dosing him with multivitamins, and its beginning to have effect! Just have to give him a massage and let him have a nap, but what I would like to find out is whether the EoW really does what its supposed to!! Like if I put it on and wait 10 minutes, and then wait for him to come over to my place, will it have the desired affect? I know we are 15 years older, but when he gets in the mood, he really goes for it!!!LOL!!! I have told my eldest son to check out the webpage, he´s almost finished Uni, he´s a bit shy and nervous with girls, but the other one has taken a sabatical year away from girls as he´s concentrating on studying and having to turn girls down!!! Benidorm is a really fun place, we have 2 sandy white beaches, 6km long, bars, restaurants, disco pubs, pubs and discos!!! Booze is very cheap!! Eating out is cheap. We have a theme park, safari park, aqua park. sea world, racing karts circuit, loads of stuff!!! And fantastic weather all year round!! Check it out!!! ---

You’ll fit in just fine then.😃 Well, I am not sure if there any pheromones that can counteract the tiredness and fatigue that your ex boyfiend is experiencing. That is just the way it goes sometimes. My suggestion would be to forswear the alcohol while you are together, and only increase his tiredness. Also, if you happen to coojk dinner for him, try to cook foods that will make him feel energetic and stimulated. You may also choose restaurants in the same way. Heavy food just makes you feel sluggish and tired out. Thanks Ilsa, I am doing that!! Unfortunately, I am not that great a cook, and the stuff I do well, he´s Spanish, and I´m not!! Also, he doesn´t eat any milk based products! We usually have a few glasses of good quality wine, and mussels are a high iron food,(also known to be an aphrodisiac!)But he works long hours and even then he comes over to my place after work to chill out!! The biggest problem I have is that I can´t order the stuff because I have been told that Spain isn´t allowing cosmetic products to be sent there!! I wanted to order the things you suggested and have talked to Jasmin. she´s going to see if she can help me out!!! Hi Guys, I have ordered EoW and Instant Sexiness, now I just have to wait for both to arrive! Unfortunately my son is coming home soonfrom Uni for the Easter break so I mentioned to my guy that I will be coming over to his place! Jeeeeeeeeeeez, I just can´t wait for my orders to come!!! Oh, by the way, I had a hysterectomy 4 years ago and my love life was SHIT but started on HRT about 6 months ago and the difference is amazing!! I got my urges back with a vengeance, hence the pheromones!! Thing is, will EoW and IS have an effect on me??? Also, should I use more quantity! And should I use a cover scent? Will any perfume or cologne do?? ---

EW and [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) will have an effect on you, reguardless of HRT, and it will be _pleasant_. you wont necessarily have to use more, everyone is different. as far as instant sexiness goes, 3 sprays is optimal unless you acclimate to more. you may find using aproximately 3 drops of EW to start is good…and work your way up. you definately want to cover that with a nice vanillary or yummy scent, its rather strong. reading the threads in the woman’s forum will be invaluable. i can honestly say sexiness is one of my absolute faves. sexiness and copulins make you feel so girly,so pink, so sexy… you get to the point that you dont ever not want to feel that way! feeling sexy is very addictive 😉 ---

Thanks Lor, don´t know what I woud do without you!!! Will definitely try the EoW and [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) the way you said! Don´t know if I can get the Vanilla scent over here or even a yummy scent! Can you suggest any well known perfumes or colognes because there are about 15 perfume shops here but they all have well known established brands! I have tried to get Vivienne Westwood´s Boudoir as Ail suggested but no luck, and I have asked my son who is in Uni in London to get it for me!! Do you know anything about the Body Shop products? We have one here and they do massage oils, will have to check to see if they do essential oils. I have to get everything ready before the orders arrive!!! Thanks again!!! ---

A lot of the ladies here use Aqualina’s Pink Sugar as a cover. You might want to try that one. Someone correct me if I am wrong, but I think that Vivienne Westwood´s Boudoir is a discontinued scent, but you can buy it on Ebay, as I did. ---

Thanks Ilsa, I will go and see if I can get it here in Spain. My son has found Vivienne Westwood´´s Boudoir on a website which does discontinued perfumes in England and it is selling for about 32 pounds sterling, which is about 40% discount. So I will order that anyway, but since everyone is talking about Pink Sugar I will see if I can at least get a whiff of it!! ---

Ok Guys, You can´t get Pink Sugar or even Vanilla scents here in Spain. When I asked about them they told me that they don´t receive any USA products over here! So does anybody know of any European products I can use as a cover scent? By the way, how long does it take for the EoW and [Instant Sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) to get to Europe? I ordered last weekend and still no show!!! ---

Pink Sugar is by Aquolina, an Italian company. I’m sorry, I’m not sure where in Spain it would be sold, but probably in department stores and possibly salons. On Basenotes they have some recommendations for stores that carry the harder-to-find fragrances in Madrid and Barcelona. [Spain - Basenotes Community](http://community.basenotes.net/forumdisplay.php?f=55) I see that there is a Sephora in Alicante but I don’t know if it’s like the Sephoras in the US, with many department-store type fragrances. Hi Carrie, Thanks for the info, but I had no luck getting Pink Sugar over here, I tried various places including Sephora and El Corte Ingles, who used to do it. I really wanted to try it first to see what the scent was like, anyway, no problem!
