Hello, I’m Sam (Male) from Dallas, TX currently attending college, i’m 25 and working on my Masters in Computer Science. I’m an ultra shy guy, I get really nervous around wemon, to the point my stomac turns and turns. Don’t get me wrong once I warm up to a girl that approched me I’m confadent it’s just those first moments with a new girl. The kind of girls I seam to get are the one’s i’m not really attracted to, and only get them because there the one’s that come up to me. Any advice on what I should use or don’t matter at the momnet i’m open minded. ---

Hey Sam, One thing that’s cool with some of the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) is that some can raise confidence, which would help a lot with the initial meeting of women. A314 seemed to help me gain a bit more confidence than i already had. None of them will make you a chick magnet per say but are great tools to help you out! ---

HI there, Welcome to the forum. I recommend you try IO, SHine and AMMO. Shine will boost your confident when first meet a girl. It can counter your shyness. IO will make the girls want to talk to you. They will open up and will like to talk to you. AMMO will make them attracted. It can also sexually attract them too. GOod luck ---

Hi Sam, I personally am a very shy guy, too. I don’t find that Shine boosts my confidence, but [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) does. I haven’t tried A314 yet, but I’d think it would also have the same effect. So give that a go. Also, try this warm up method: Eye contact and smile at 3 women, do nothing else. Eye contact, smile and say hello 3 women. Eye contact, smile and compliment 3 women. With practice things get easier. ---

Hey Du! I’m a college guy too. Freshman though. [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) is one of my favorites. It has one of the most noticeable effects that I have noticed. It seems that people don’t censor what they say as much around you. [Spaceland](https://a314.com/) was really good for my confidence, and everyone else’s in the room. It really lifted the mood and makes everything more fun. Not to mention had the girls wanting to walk and sit next to me. [Come Talk To Me](https://a314.com/product/come-talk-to-me-cttm/) (Mix2) sounds like it might work, but I haven’t gotten around to trying it yet. I’ll let you know once I have. Really I think that you need to just try some out on your own and find out what you’re really looking to influence with these pheromones. I hope to hear more about you.
