Hi there guys , just introducing myself as I find this subject fascinating . I am a young 53 and currently getting some interest from a girl at work who is 38 . Quite flattered by it really . This interest only really started after I tried another companies product “Pheromax” If I am allowed to mention it . Sadly lost the bottle last week so started looking around at other stuff and I came across Androtics which looks quite impressive . The situation I am in at the moment is a very chatty , flirty girl who I get on very well with , but she has me firmly in the dreaded friendzone . How to get out of it ? I have just ordered some , IS , IH ,ammo and Tuth . Planning on trying the first 3 as a combo to try and break out of this zone and use the Tuth if I manage to ! Any help , ideas or tips I could use/try ? ---

Hi imagedktr, Welcome to this forum. You came to the right place for quality [pheromones](https://a314.com/) that’s for sure. It’s good to see you are outgoing and have bonded already with the lady of your choice. It’s a good start. The friend zone is a serious hurdle to overcome but it’s not impossible. The products you have ordered are good choices. IS will boost your mood and hers. This will give you a youthful and feel good vibe. IH will help develop stronger and deeper bonds with the lady. This helps with trust also. Next, throw in some Ammo. Which version / strength of Ammo have you got? TUTH is a nice helper to push things in the bedroom when they’ll look they are heading there already 🙂. First few times, I would use IS and / or IH (IH on your wrists, IS in your neck). Then add some Ammo. This will help with shedding the friend zone thing. At the end of an evening that looks like it might end gloriously, add a spray of TUTH. Being 53, you won’t have trouble with using Ammo2X. It’s even an advantage pricewise, because you get twice the mones (and once the fragrance) per spray. ---

Welcome imagedktr, You got a nice order there and should have no problems with your goals. I would use [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) mainly to help you out of the friendzone. Maybe wear some IH on your wrists to help with bonding and getting how she really feels out of her. Then use the TUTH when things go well. Please do start a journal we can follow. ---

Wednesday can’t come quick enough for me now , just received a text message from DHL letting me know delivery date ! Be trying these out on Thursday at work . Good news is I found my Pheromax which initially peaked her interest so can carry on with that until then . Not entirely sure what is in that one or what it supposed to be for but it certainly helped !! ---

I intend to NOT use it at all on Wednesday (not a problem she has leave) and apply it to squeaky clean skin on Thursday for a fresh start . I have seen some advising to wash off with Hydrogen peroxide and witch hazel ? Is this really necessary ? Would you advise for or against the use of Lynx deodorants hen using combos or does it not really make any difference ? I would assume no difference as the Pheromones would still be there if produced naturally . But I bow down to the more experienced users . I did have quite a reaction yesterday using the other product as I had cause to go to her home to fit squirrel traps in her loft (hey ho don’t ask) ! She was as chatty as normal but her cat could not keep away from me to her amazement as apparently it runs and hides from people it does not know . Now I also have the cats approval LOL ---

Also as a quick add on question I see mention of OD quite a lot and wish to understand this . With the other product I got a bit carried away at first and experienced quite a shocking sensation which caused me to feel dizzy and out of control , would this be the product and OD or is it (more likely) the fact that I virtually run around all day and regularly cover up to 8 miles at work (pedometer) and were physically worn down . My job is quite stressful and at the moment I am transitioning to a higher position so am in effect doing 2 jobs while I move up . What should I look out for in myself and others to let me know I am OD ? ---

Washing thouroughly with a good soap and scrubbing enough works fine to remove mones. The harder to get off are -none based products like Ammo / TUTH. Avoid applying them to hair at any cost. Witch hazel and teatree extract are nice products to deep scrub mones if required. Personnally, I use an Aloes shower gel without Laureth Sulfate and I’m sold to it now. Works perfectly and it does not hinder the effects of new mones applied to skin afterwards. Regarding Lynx deodorant, I can’t comment, I don’t know that product. Personnaly I have switched for an unfragranced brand containing no aluminum. But hey, you don’t put mones under your arms anyway (lol). If you’re talking about an Axe-like body spray, you’d better do without it and use a cologne as cover scent instead of that. OD can result in you not feeling well (dizziness can be a symptom), in people ignoring you, people fleeing from you, people getting pissed or men wanting to pick fights. Or in you wanting to pick a fight. Lol. ---

Think I must have gone OD then and combined with my current workload my body said NO ! I will ditch the Lynx on test day and use my current cologne . Bit hard to do really as my workplace is a car bodyshop and wearing colognes … Well its a male enviroment ---

You can do without cologne if you prefer. Many AD products are lightly fragranced (neroli) so they cover the scent of mones very well. Try and see 🙂. ---
