Hey Guys, So here is a little about myself. I am a South Asian male (Pakistani) from London, 6ft 2inch tall, 187lbs and pretty good looking from what I’ve heard from girls 😃 I’m pretty well built muscle wise and athletic yet I still have some sort of confidence issues. I’ve grown up getting good remarks about my looks (and the odd bad one 🙄) and have always been ok with girls. My only problem tends to be that I always seem to freeze up and turn ghost like whenever i find a girl that I am attracted to…basically, I don’t have the balls to approach them in fear of rejection and I simply tend to think I’m just not good looking enough or some other idiotic theory. I am normally a manly, testosterone filled, ‘life of the party’ kind of dude yet I’ve never had a gf, let alone kissed a girl apart from my mother…I know, pretty bad huh?☹ So one day, as I searched google for ‘pick-up techniques’…I stumbled across this piece of heaven. This was approximately 6-7 months ago and I’ve visited the site on and off in that time period, sometimes in doubt and then having a quick mind change when reading through the forums and seeing results. Since then I’ve been pretty convinced into buying some products and really giving it a shot…I mean heck, one life to live right? I am tbh already pretty convinced of the results it will give me and I do believe [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) will help me in my life in general. So yeah, I go clubbing here and there and have received a couple of signs from girls yet I’m always unsure if they’re really interested or if they just happened to look at me, lol. In addition, a couple months back, I approached a girl I really liked and did everything right and asked for a phone number with a response ‘I have a man, I cant’…really took a blew to my confidence as I did get some signals from her of interest and was really infatuated with her. In conclusion, I need something to give me the edge on the club scene (strong, sexy etc), around my friends and family (alpha male, respect) and random women encounters. I’ve done a bit of research and found that Ammo, IS, IH, IO are my best bet in most situations. I’m also hearing something about px69 or some random number, how is this product? Also, can somebody describe the whole none etc thing in a simple line or two since I’ve heard it plays a part if your bodybuilding, which I will be resuming soon after a 2-3 month break. Hi Johnny - Welcome to Pherotalk. 🙂 Your choice of pheros is pretty-much spot-on for someone starting out, they give a good mix of sexuality and social attributes that are good for boosting your confidence and breaking the ice with people. I would suggest you stay away from the Putatives and MXs to begin with though - these are experemental products that are not sold with a warranty and a bit of time with the instants first will help you learn how to use and evaluate pheros/hits/responses properly - then your reports will be all the more valuable. 🙂 Shyness - well, you just need to work on that as pheros won’t be the whole story but as you do, things will fall into place nicely. There is plenty to help you here too and links to where you can find more info still. You are also asking about the alpha thing - well, A314 is the product for that and I’d say the oil is by far the better product for long term change/acceptance. Long lasting and far more subtle in its effect. Sprays are more present and good in more social/dating situations but I would still see them as an emergency top-up to the oil or the -b version as an effective try-out. Hi there, Mobocaster has already got you well covered so mainly going to say hi.Thats cool that your from London.It was a pretty nice place when i visited my sis who was working there.Thats cool that your that tall and well built.Can understand the fear of rejection.Its pretty hard to work up the courage to get over it.Like mobocaster said,the pheromones will help but youll still have to work on that(^_^)That sucks about the girl who said she had a man.Im sure its her loss though since you sound like a pretty cool and nice guy.You should try approaching some of the girls that show signs.Youll never know if they were interested unless you actually approach them.Usually youll be right about the signs more than your wrong(^_^) For the club scene,youve already got the perfect set.Ammo+IShine+IO is a great mix for getting to know the girl and Ammo+IShine+IH is awesome once you start dating the girl.It also works for random encounters,not only clubs.Not sure about your age but since your pretty well built,you might want to be more careful with the ammo dosage though.Will be easier to od on the none in it,particularly when you restart bodybuilding.As long as you sweet spot test for your dosage,should be okay though.Androstenone is a byproduct of testosterone so the more natural none you have,the less youll probably need of ammo.If your one of the rare people who od on 1 spray,would probably go with IG instead which is a relaxed alpha male and respect vibe.A314 is also a possibility but i haven’t tried it so cant really comment.Never heard of px69 so cant really help you there(:-p)Better to stick with the consumer line first though.All the best and good luck(^\_^) ---

Welcome Johnny to the forum. Some good posts already to your questions. Depending on your approach in a club setting, I’d also through out IJ for some extreme or at least very obvious hits from the gals. The AMMO, IS, IO are good mones to have in your arsenal as well. I just like the high capacity kick that IJ would get you in a club setting. This and TUTH would be easier to wear in a club, as these would be chemically shouting over the crowd to others, HERE I AM!!! COME TO ME!!! 🙂 The P molecules and MX lines are for testing. Although several may have had some good reactions to a certain molecule, YOU may not have the same effects. If you do want to try them out, I’d suggest you test out some of the commercial line up and then give one or two of the P’s and MX’s a go… 😃 ---

That’s on your email application since sometimes it’ll flag some unknown emails as junk and send them there. The folder could be labeled Junk or Spam normally. Where it is, would depend on if you’re using an online web client or something like Outlook…
