Hi Guys My name is Steve 34 from Newcastle UK. Stumbled upon this site whilst sitting at home bored thinking about those days when I was younger and tried a couple of Pheromone’s to no avail (probably fakes). Anyhow very happy I’ve found this site and have spent the last 2 hours browsing the posts with interest, some excellent contributors who obviously take the time to share their experiences and knowledge with others. As for myself, I recently found myself single after 8 years with a girl, marriage ended, house lost the usualy mass breakdown LOL. I figured at 34 I wasn’t just going to sit around and let opportunities pass me by, not exactly looking for a rebound girl but I am naturally somebody who is happier when I have a person to share things with and ofcourse going without sex for too long isn’t a possibility I wish to explore! I am a fairly confident guy by nature, at work I get along with people and tend not to cause friction, some would say I’m laid back in my attitude to work and they are probably right. I have a fairly good social circle which I ma comfortable in, unfortunately at my age there are few single girls as most are married or in a relationship. My achillies heel is moving outside my comfort zone, I guess being with a girl for 8 years I have lost the edge and the confidence to talk to girls in clubs / gym / bars etc. Not that I expect any spray to pull them towards me I am after some “assistance”. Reading the forum posts I’m tempted to try Ammo and [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) in a setting I want to attract a female and probably A314 for work purely to see how it will affect my work collegues. One question I have though, there is a girl at work who I am mad about, we recently nearly hit it off at a BBQ but both of us had to much to drink, we are friends and I’m not sure when we will be in an environment where I will get a chance again so am looking for something to push her along - if that makes sense, at the moment I’m not sure if she wants to go the next level and would like to have some influence - god is that bad?? Hi Steve, Welcome to the forum. I think your making almost perfect choices but I suggest IH over IO. This will give a feeling of connection and closeness that helps women feel more comfortable and influences them to move forward more. AMMO would be great for sparking more interest and mild arousal. You could use it in a work environment cause its buffered. A314 to up the status is great for work as well and since she knows you wont intimidate her but intrigue her more. Hello Steve and welcome to the forum. I agree with Tisha (is she ever wrong?). [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), A314 and IH are a great set of products and once you get the feel for them work together very well. My favorite work mix is A314 and IH. A314 helps pull in the respect while IH keeps people feeling connected to you (instead of pushed away) and often has them talking to you about whatever they feel is important. A314 and Ammo also play together very nicely. There is a thread in my signature block about that. Give it a read and see what you think. Tisha seems to be a big fan of that combo … Good luck and let us know what you decide to do. ---

Hi Steve, welcome from the other end of the country! You’ve had some great suggestions already and have obviously done your research. We’re of similar ages and in not dissimilar situations, hopefully I may be of some assistance on your phero exploration. I’ve recently had some great success with a combination of A314, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) and ammo, I expect bosshank and Tisha will tell me off for not updating my journal! Just a heads up on shipping to the UK, it’s sent by DHL, discretely, must be signed for (I always get mine shipped to work) and a fairly standard timescale is 3-4 days, service is superb.Keep reading, you can learn loads before you even get your products which will give you a head start. Let us know how u get on Also sillykitty, your darn avatar had me flicking my screen, as i sit by a window and as its hot in england now i have it open so constantly get lil flies flying in to my monitor usually one flick and they r gone, but just couldnt flick urs away then i realised DUHHH!!! classic
