Hi, thanks for the reply! I heard about this site from my brother and I’ve tried a few of the products already. I’m the strong silent type and have found that using things like [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/), breaking the ice is a lot easier. Hoping to gain some knowledge on what other people use for different situations, what they like, what they don’t like, etc. Sometimes hearing someone’s experience can be valuable and can save money in the long run.

This is a super informal and not so tailored response if you will.

I would luuuuuuuv to spend more time assisting you especially since you are a newbie.

We are short staffed and these gift certificates are done manually.

It takes a great deal and I am back logged.
