I’m a 19-year-old guy from NC, looking for some excitment with [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/)! I’ve done some research, but I was wondering what a good pheromone for a beginner at my age would be. I heard that Ammo works great as a stand-alone, but I also hear that for someone my age it may be overpowering. Please help! ---

Hey Zach, welcome to the forum! I believe you are thinking TUTH would be too overpowering for you at that age, as you are already producing quite a bit of the pheromone by yourself. Ammo is a bit more subtle, charming, and buffered by [social pheromones](https://a314.com/product-category/social-pheromones/) so its a really smooth, reliable product. As my good friend silent scope here said, we need to know more about you in order to decide what would work best for you. Are you shy or outgoing? Are you wanting romance, social, or work pheromones? Well, I’m pretty outgoing and I like to go out a lot. My main problem, I think, is that I have trouble approaching girls and vice versa. But once I start up a conversation, I can usually close the deal. So what I’m really looking for is a conversation starter, something that can really give that edge to approach and be approached. Io would be your choice pheromone for going up and talking to girls- Ammo would be the choice pheromone for them coming to talk to you- but keep in mind the general rule is 10% pheromones, 90% you! Best wishes and good luck!!! ---
