Hi guys, where do I start!! I live ova in the UK, I’m a 32yo male, I’m a self employed caterer, I’m a easy going happy lad, until I’m put under pressure then I seem to change lol 😃 If I’m playing football(soccer) or working hard a total different side of me comes out to play lol. I’m totally new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), but after 3-4 hours reading sum of your posts it’s got me interested and hooked. Ive ordered already and can’t wait to get started; A314 spray IO to go Ammo to go TUTH to go I’ve been seeing my gf for 7 months, she is abit older then me she’s 45yo. I love her to bits, but at times I found it hard for her to open up to me. I ain’t stupid I know pheromones aren’t magic spells and will solve all my problems, I just wanted to give them a try. If anyone can help me with suggestions what to use, do I have to use more or less with a older lady? But what I don’t wanna do is scare her off lol. Welcome to Pherotalk Gary! 🙂 You have made a good choice to start out with. At its most general, an older woman responds best to higher dose/more overt none and the higher status of A314. However, you should still do your sweet spot testing with each as you do get individual exceptions. The mixes I’d suggest you might find most productive include: Ammo and a smaller dose of A314. Very sexy but still social and communicates good status. TUTH and a higher dose of A314 - This is superb with women from 30s-up IME but can repel younger ones. Very high-status Ammo and IO - good all round sexy/social/chatty daywear TUTH and IO - Very sexual but the IO tames TUTH into something you can take to a club, party or other raunchy but still social situation. Don’t wear this to work. The only one to avoid IMO is anything involving A314 and IO together as IO weakens/wrecks the A314 vibe completely. IH might have been a better choice for getting her to open-up to you as the alphanol in IO tends towards quantity of conversationn rather than quality from IH (betanol). IH also helps promote bonding and a sense of shared experience - Personally I prefer [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)/IH instead - The IS steers the IH into deep, close territory but the IS still keeps it on the happy/playful track. IH also complements A314 superbly - in both relationship and work scenarios. And don’t worry about not having got IS - You may find an MX slipped in your order, this is very likely to be based on TAA, the main compent of IS. A bit more laid-back but still a very usable alternative. 🙂 ---

Hi there, Gary, wlcome to the mone forum. Glad to have you on-board. You sound a bit Jeckyl and Hyde like, 🙂. We all have our sides and its fine that you have to get serious to get yourself heard. 😃 From what you got, I would say, Give AMMO and IO a go to have her open up. The sexy confident vibe of AMMO will help in her mind to underline the way she looks at you. The other mone, IO, will have her talking about anything. Personally, in a relationship that’s established, I would much rather prefer you use IH. But, as IO is what you have, you can try to make it work out for you. I’m sure you’re parcel will NOT take that long! 😉 ---

The goods have arrived YAY!!! 😃 No MX slipped in package tho mobocaster, i did get a little chocolate square lol, but that’s cool I never expect anything for nothing in this day and age 😃 I’ll save my pennys up and get sum next month!!
