Hello I’m Adrian from IN, I have known about [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for about a year now, and have been intending to use it for social situations, as I am not exactly an extrovert, which can be a problem at school and work at times. I have been using different companies’ products but as they didn’t seem to work too well I started to doubt the usefulness of pheromones. However, through reading up on various forums I found that ab pheromones actually have credible, potent products that actually work. I’m looking forward to purchasing and using ammo. ---

Welcome to PheroTalk, Adrian! I’m sorry to hear that you’ve had some bad experiences with pheromones so far but happy to see you’ve done some research. Ammo is an excellent product and I think you’ll find it very useful. Some other great pheromones I would suggest are [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) and Instant Shine. Instant Openness is great for social situations…it makes you more approachable and those around you more talkative. Instant Shine is great for pretty much any situation you can think of. It makes people feel good just being around you and is a great addition to any mix. Hello Adrian, …are you 25 as seen from your profile ? and I suppose you hope to use pheros for attracting the opposite sex . AMMO is an excellent choice for the same. for your age regular strength AMMO would be sufficient. I would suggest that you start at 1 spray and slowly work your way up. in pheros less if often more… and overdose comes with side effects which include, getting ignored, and out right hostility. in addition I would suggest instant shine also… which kinda puts people in a good mood… making them more receptive to the AMMO effect 😉 ---

Hey Adrian, i am a newbie myself. Please look into p83 as well- that might help. I am starting to notice some changes with it. Also a314 seems to show high credibility as well. I agree with you trying to find a reputable company. I myself have couple years tried many pheromones on ebay/amazon/lovers lane etc… with no results. I am new on this forum and in the products but with the help of many teammates and the effectiveness of the products i wont even look further! The scents are just amazing. And after you hit the “sweet spot” (i am trying to find mine myself) BINGO!!! ---
