I just registered today I’ve heard of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) for only about 2 months and I bought the following: Andortics direct: IG IS Ammo and ammo summer IH IO TUTH Pheromonesxs: Evolve True pheromones: True jerk True instinct True love I’m 24 I was thinking of trying to use evolve today just wondering for my age is 1 spray good enough and should I use any socials like instant shine or honesty? Hi Starzjk, I don’t have any experience with True Pheromones. Some of there products the phero content seems high. It really depends on your goals and what you would like to achieve with pheromones. Please tell us more like the situations you want to use them and what your targets would be like age. ---

I don’t have any experience with the other products, but I have seen the site for them. I think from what I have seen you get a good deal with [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) for the $49.95. It is a great standalone.
