I am Liz and I just discovered this forum last night. After doing some lurking, and picking up some really good information, I feel ready to join in this community 🆒

My knowledge of [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) is still a little limited. I’ve seen various documentary health type shows on tv that have shown some effectiveness at getting noticed by the opposite sex. And just last year I watched this show on the Discovery channel called The Science of Sex Appeal, and it had a section in there about scent and how it factors into appeal.

So a little bit about me and why I’m interested in pheromones: I’m currently 28 and I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome. I’ve never had a guy that’s been interested in me, more than friends anyway. It’s taken me a few years, but I think I’ve come to the conclusion that my PCOS, since it affects my hormones, probably has a big effect on my pheromones too. I have higher than normal androgen levels and grow this nasty dark hair on my chin. ☹ I’ve also been overweight most of my life so I’ve been taking steps to lose weight (65lbs in the last two years!) And I’ve been trying to overcome my shyness. I’ve never had a boyfriend and have usually chalked it up to me being kinda tomboyish and my physical appearance, but in the last few years I’ve been wondering if my pcos is a factor as well.

A couple years ago I met this guy at the tech school I was going to. We’ve been really good friends since and I’ve fallen for him. He knows it and has said that he really enjoys spending time with me and has thought about it a lot, but he says he doesn’t know if he’s ready for a relationship or intimacy yet. He won’t say what’s holding him back, and I have to wonder if maybe my scent isn’t good enough? I know that pheromones don’t fix everything, especially if he’s not ready because of other reasons, but it’s something I haven’t tried yet.

I’m hoping that some pheromones can give me a little boost this area. Maybe give me a little more sex appeal? If nothing else maybe they can help me feel more confident! 😃

Anyway, hello all and nice to meet you!

Hi Liz and welcome aboard 🙂

There are treatment options for the hair growth ya know 😉 I had lazer treatment on my underam and bikini areas and am now officially smooth 😃 My therapist often talks about treating ladies with pcos and their facial problems…

Anyway back to mones. I’d suggest IS (ISB when its back in stock) and some EOW ( google is your friend) initially. Maybe throw in a wee bit of TAL in the absence of ISB and start by testing your sweet spot to see what works best with you.

The mones will help in bringing the guy closer to you, but if he is not willing to take it further for whatever reason, they won’t change his mind. Maybe just give him a lil nudge in the right direction.

Well done on your weight loss too. Always harder to get off than it is to put on, and I’m sure you know your condition will have an impact on weight gain.

I have high androgen levels, and found that a low dose of an anti depressant worked well for me, although bear in mind I don’t have pcos.

Good luck with your quest & i look forward to reading your tales 😉

Hello there and welcome!
I would definitely keep reading and searching these forums for great information on almost anything you’d ask mone-wise. There’s a lot of reports and experience within these hypothetical cyber-walls.

I’ve obviously never tried them myself, but the [instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) a/b lines have always been recommended for sexual attraction.

Socials like IS would be good too as it gives off a youthful playful vibe that people just love to be around.

Let us know how things go!

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I have read of other women with PCOS and yes it does seem to affect natural pheromone production. So whatever treatment you can get for the PCOS (I really do not know the treatment options if any) I hope will help and then supplementation with [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) can certainly help.

Ginger has once again come to the rescue of a new female member and has given you some good advice on women’s products.

Thanks for the advice!

Yeah, for the hair removal I started into electrolysis on my face at least, and was doing that for a while last Jan-March. But I live in the middle of nowhere and it was almost a two hour drive to the appointments. That plus the high cost of gas made it hard to get over to them. Financially I’m not in a position to pursue any other hair removal for now ☹ But someday!

Anyway, I’ll definitely keep lurking here and finding out new info. And I’ll look into the mones everyone suggested. 😃

Welcome to pherotalk Liz!

I have never heard that before and I definitely had to research it. I am sorry to hear about all the complications you have to deal with seeing that life and finding someone special is already so difficult in itself.

As I have learnt from the guys, this forum and the many introductions I read all day nothing is hopeless and confidence is the key.

Take it from me, if you think and act like you are the shit and worthy of more than men tend to want to dish out then please believe they will respect you and you will get results.

This is not easy at all but if what you been trying isn’t working out for you why not try something new.

The gym is a good place to start to work out and feel great about you. I suggest if you can you start pampering yourself too, do your hair a new style every once in a while , make it a habit to shave regularly.

Look up a new site for clothing and just purchase one or two items with more color and bang that you usually do. [Wet Seal | Junior Clothing, Shoes, Accessories and More](http://www.wetseal.com)

I don’t know what your budget, likes or taste is like so am just letting you know from my perspective what have worked for me and some friends to get us out of the rut with men who just totally used , abused and threw us away to a more confident and happier us.

Sure, I am not comparing as you have this condition that is not fair but we can sit and moan about what is wrong and what we don’t like or we can work at it and find a solution.

Heck , if my suggestions don’t work, some lady on this forum might have the answer for you. Make it your goal to be comfortable with you first and then catching that special guy will follow.

As much as a guy might love a woman’s personality a guy will always be a guy and need to want to bang the shit out of you two. In fact despite their better judgement a guy would choose a gorgeous girl with a messed up attitude in a flash.

I suggest you look into products like shine to give of a glow and youthfulness guys love.

Tah or tal depending on your personality and what vibe you want to give of

MX397 or MX398 , read on these first as it has worked for me and a few others to feel great

Working towards a better and happier you is great so have fun while doing it
