Hi how you doing pheromone world. I’m a male 27 years old, lives in Toronto Canada. I’m fairly new to all the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) stuff, when I first heard about it I didn’t believe it but after extensive researching and reading about different studies there may be truth to it. I’m a person that likes to experiment with things whether it’s believable or not, so I’m real curious to know about the different product and recommendations. I am a straight male looking to attract women in different ways what do you recommend ? What is the difference between Instant openness and Instant honesty? and which is better?? What about Turn up the heat? Ammunition? Instant Gentlemen? I’m getting Instant shine for sure ---

Hello and welcome to the forum. Yes there is something to it … though not exactly like in the movies. Try reading through the threads in my signature block - they should help you understand a little more about what is going on here and can explain some of these questions for you. If you let us know a little more about your personality and how you relate to people we can help with product recommendations a little better. The difference between IO and IH is that IO is alpha nol heavy and IH is beta nol heavy. That means IO can help generate a lot of general chatty conversation whereas IH helps generate feelings of connection and trust and often leads to deeper conversations. Not that one is better thasn the other - just two slightly different tools. I prefer IH in general myself but that is just me. Hope this helps some. ---

Thanks bosshank I’m usually quite shy and I hate rejection in which I’m slowly getting over because rejection is a part of life. I’m quiet not 100% confident in myself there are rare times that I have approached but usually women start conversing with me first but I want to feel more confident in myself and more relax. I think into things to much lol which is not always a good thing depending on the scenario. So what would you recommend for a person with my personality? ANd again thanks a lot much appreciated. ---

YW. OK - I would think of something along the lines of Ammo or [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) as base product. Ammo has none and IG does not. They give off slightly different vibes. I actually rotate between the two as a base product so people do not get too familiar with my “signature” shifts and take it for granted. After that I would consider Instant Openness. That will help you with those initial chatty conversations whether you start them or not. I would also consider some Ishine. Helps people around you feel happy to be near you and also helps with the conversations as happy people are talkative people. ---

What kind of vibes do you get from [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IG? I’m going to get shine and IO for sure. What would you recommend as a portable solution? Because I wanted to get 2 regular bottles and 2 or 3 portable ones. ---

IG gives you more of a cool, smooth sort of vibe. Ammo is friendly with sexual overtones. I would get as many regular bottles as you can - pick 3 or 4 products - and buy empty To Gos for portablility. ---

I’ve read that it’s better to get androstenone, androstenol? Is this true and are all the pheromones on the site androstenol like IO or IH? Is it better to get extra strength ?
