Steve also has a great post somewhere on Sweet-Spotting A314 oil, because of its particular properties, it is better to take it much slower than other pheros. Partly to let you grow into its signature. Its a very wide-ranging phero. You may want to PM him for clearer advice. Also PM him for access to the A314 Users forum - plenty more oil-specific info there and its more secure so professional scenarios can be discussed in confidence.
Although at 20, you might also want to consider something lighter like IG for social/dating as A314 can be a bit too daunting or come-off a bit too serious to younger women.
ETA - When using oil and spray pheros at the same time, keep your application points apart. Spraying over oil (or vice versa) will wreck its diffusion.
