Hi all. I’m 32 and live in Kentucky and I just wanted to say hello to everyone. I’ve researched [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) for a couple of years now and have finally decided to try some. I have a couple of questions. Since I am new to this which ones would be best for me? I have an ex-boyfriend that I would really like to get back but would like something to help me along the way? Hi jennifer, welcome to the forum 🙂 anyway I see that you already have done some research on pheromones which is always good to see. i’m not too familiar with women’s pheormones bur from what i’v read [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) may be a good choice for you. since you want to get back with your ex-bf i think IH would also be a good choice since you want to establish deeper and more meanful conversation with your ex and feel “closer” to him. also have a look at the women’s section they should have a lot of useful posts regarding your situation. hope you have a good time here, if you have any more questions feel free to ask 🙂 ---

Welcome to the forums! Seems like there are new faces here everyday. Thank you.😃 welcome, there are a lot of people here that have different opinions of what to wear, but depending on why you split, it might be better to make a clean break and start over. I tried with my ex and had very good results, but found I will be better off moving on in the long run.
